Damn this kid for working the graveyard shift. No one, at least not in this part of town, would wake up to fill their tanks in such an ungodly hour. The minimum wage that chevron has to pay the boy must be more than what they actually get from customers at this time of night anyway. Still, I shouldn’t be complaining, because in a way, his job just made mine easier.
