Chapter 5: I re-read this before I read the last update (I think I always re-read from the beginning every time you updated) and I started to think "aaaah, maybe it's like this" and your explanation in the beginning of this chapter made everything makes sense.

I wonder what Luhan did in the second reality, because Bomi still had the same disease, is she used to be Luhan's patient too? His convo with Yoona, Yoona doesn't remember the patient, I wonder if that's because Bomi was never been a patient in the second reality or that's just because Yoona doesn't remember her patients.
