SMTOWN: THE ANATOMY
The residents and interns initially arrive at the hospital each morning and dispute with one another over who will care for a certain patient. A hospital superior is in charge of assigning cases, often traversing to tense feelings between the residents and superiors. Episodes migrate back and forth from the doctors interacting with their patients, and with their co-workers. Once assigned a case, each doctor diagnoses the patient, with the help of their attending physician, which usually leads to surgery. The surgeons tend to form personal connections with their patients, with a patient often conveying a message to their doctor, which unintentionally relates to their private life. The show displays the growth of relationships between the doctors, either friendly or ual, often stemming to a clash between their personal lives and their professional.

Interns
An intern has a medical degree, but does not have a full license to practicemedicine unsupervised. In other countries medical education generally ends with a period of practical training similar to internship, but the way the overall program of academic and practical medical training is structured differs in each case, as does the terminology used.

Attendings
An attending physician is a physician who has completed residency and practices medicine in a clinic or hospital, in the speciality learned during residency. An attending physician can supervise fellows, residents and medical students. Attending physicians may also have an academic title at an affiliated university such as "professor". Attending physicians have final responsibility, legally and otherwise, for patient care, even when many decisions are made by other physicians. Attending physicians may also still be in training, such as a fellow in a subspecialty, but remains able to work as an attending, as they have completed their residency.

Author's Note: Hello everyone! I'm finally back with a new story. This story would have a medical background. I haven't set the pairings yet, and I'm open to all suggestions.Each of these doctors would have their own plotlines, but the main characters are the residents. Other SM Town's idols would become their patients. I promise to be serious with this story, and please, if sometimes later I forgot, would you remind me of this :3 Okay, please do comment as much as you want. As i've stated before, I'm open to all suggestions. Their age? I don't know. Let's just say that the Fifth Year Residents are all in the same age and the same thing happen with the Fourth Year Residents. The Attendings have different ages,they're definitely older than the residents, but I will not stated it, it will be told as the story goes on.
