Fictional

Description

Hello.

It seemed impossible, really, to think that the one word printed on the page in miniscule font had magically appeared as Sarang thought it did. "Hello?" she murmured, almost as a response. Then she laughed at herself. "A book can't reply to me. That's impossible." She sighed and leaned back, taking the old book in her hands. She flipped through the pages until one stood out to her. The three words on the page nearly made her drop the book.

Nothing is impossible.

Foreword

characters;

Kim Sarang; 17

A bit timid, more of a wallflower. She doesn't really believe in love, and doesn't care for it either.

Lu Han; 19

Sarang's childhood friend, a Chinese boy who moved to Korea in his second year of high school, though he and Sarang have known each other since they were young because of their parents' business relations. He and Sarang are similar in their wallflower charms, and seem to speak a language only they understand. He has a lot of secret admirers, though he only sees one person.

Oh Sehun; 18

The boy in the book. Sarang doesn't quite believe he's real, that maybe he's a figment of her imagination. But he's real. Just not in her world.

plot;

Sarang didn't quite believe it when the old ahjumma told her that the old book in her hands could give her love. Sarang didn't need love. Scratch that, she didn't believe in love. Period. So how on earth could some dusty book give her what didn't exist?

Luhan was Sarang's best friend. Her only friend, really. From day one, as a timid boy from China who knew little Korean, Sarang was the one that helped him through everything. If only she could feel his heart.

Sehun isn't real. Or at least, Sarang doesn't think he is. Sehun's not fictional, though. He's real, and the love he feels for Sarang upon first sight is real as well. But how is he supposed to love her when they're words, and worlds, away?
