In year 4000, Tediko, an enemy planet ruled by King Padark demolished allied planet Kodath. The King was on a mission to either conquer all planets or destroy the ones that refuse to give up a fight. When the Tedikian military annihilated Kodath, Mato become worried for their safety. The authoritarian military group, by the name of B.A.P, turned to the twelve leaders of the two EXO planets for assistance in their defence. The Exotics were a neutral nation that refused to become part of any war, but willingly obliged to immigrate the Matonian civilization to one of their planets. Following soon after all Matonian’s were safely settled King Padark ordered his men to destroy Mato planet. Now it’s year 4300 and the Tedikians have yet to disintegrate another planet.

Choi Jinhee and Kim Hwanggeum are two teenage Earthlings dreaming of leaving their own solar system. In all the excitement of their new home and friends on EXO planet they hear gossip of an old forgotten legend.

The legend states:

There will come a day where the eye of red force will consume the civilization of our friends turning them to foes. When the twelve forces come together as one they will stand on the same ground and see the same sky. The twelve are to meet on consequential terms in order to save their planet. They are to pour all their knowledge and power into two who are of thin blood. These two are not all that they seem. With perseverance they must give their souls to the Tree of Life and trust in each other and themselves. The twelve forces and two of thin blood must come together in unity in order to purify the evil the eye of red force has created. If they cannot succeed the lives of the innocent will parish and many will die. If they are to succeed then the heavens will open up and the entire universe at peace.

Some people, like Jinhee, believe that the twelve forces are the twelve leaders of the EXO planets and the civilization consumed by the eye of red force is Tediko. Other people, like Hwanggeum, believe otherwise. To them it doesn’t make sense for the legend to unfold at this time. Tediko had stopped their destructive ways 300 years ago; there was no continuation of the legend so it couldn’t be true.
