Ysabel's POV

I trudged down the stairs, my tennis bag in hand as I got onto the car with my friends Allison and Rachel.

"hey Yzzy, is Zelo coming?" Rachel asked, a smile on her face. She was the one who introduced me and Zelo last year.

"he should be, it's your championship tournament" Allison said while driving the car

"I can't believe he moved all the way here just for you" Rachel said daydreaming

"God Ysabel, what ever happened to Tobi?" Allison asked

"you were just helping me trick Amanda so calm your " I said putting my hair in a ponytail

"that was funny" Rachel laughed and her phone rang "hello?....oh hey brother bear....I'm with Ysabel and Allison....we're on the way to Ysabel's tournament....no you idiot! that's today. So get your over to the tennis court!....oh you're with Kuya Jr too?....then bring him too...k see you there. Bye bye"

"Nathan?" Allison asked and she nodded

"they're coming soon" Rachel told me. In about 5 minutes, we arrived at the courts and I started volleying the ball with my training partner, Cheondong.

"good luck today Ysabel" he smiled

"thanks Thunder, you too" I said. The 13 year olds' tournament is always first so we have to wait a few hours until it was my turn.

"hey, what's up?" Nathan asked sitting next to us three with Jr right behind him

"go kick some today Ysabel" Jr said patting my head. I stuck my tongue out at him as he sat down next to me. We were all laughing when I suddenly my world went pitch black

"guess who?" a sweet voice asked in an accent. I unknowingly smiled and turned around

"hey Zelo" I said

"annyeong oppa" Rachel said showing her eyesmile. Zelo was a friend to her older step-cousin Himchan. He waved back while giving me a back-hug.

"oh, I have something for you" he said grabbing my hand and dragging me towards the reception hall. Zelo pulled out a red velvet box which revealed a gold necklace. I gasped at the beautiful accessory

"Z-Zelo, you didn't have to" I said

"I wanted to, it's been almost a year since we started dating and I still haven't gotten you anything. Since I know you like tennis, I bought this for you" he said shyly. I smiled and pecked his cheek

"I hope I'll win today then" I said as he put it on for me "it's my good luck charm" he chuckled cutely then gave me a hug. I felt warm under his embrace, I just wanted to stay there forever, not letting go

"Ysabel, your match it almost up" Nathan said "ow!"

"you friggin -blocker!" Allison yelled slapping his arm then dragged him away

"er, we'll come back" Rachel said awkwardly then walked away with Jr. I laughed and pulled away

"I should probably get ready then" I said. He nodded and kissed me gently on the lips

"good luck today" he whispered in my ear. I smiled then walked back to the courts warming up with Thunder. Before I knew it, my match started and I played against this girl named Jennifer. She as hell! I beat her by a landslide and got the first place trophy.

"that girl was terrible as hell, how'd she make it into the finals?" Nathan laughed

"we'll go take your trophy to your house" Jr said taking it away from me

"you two just go and...have fun on your date!" Rachel smiled dragging the other 3 with her leaving me and Zelo alone. He smiled and grabbed my hand taking me somewhere.

"Zelo, where are we going?" I asked when I looked at the unfamiliar surroundings

"it's a surprise" he said "now close your eyes"

"what? no" I denied being the cautious rebellios girl I am

"please" he said "just trust me" I complied because I couldn't deny his cute pouting. I was being dragged somewhere against my consent but then again, I was with Zelo, with him I felt safe. Color was brought back to my sight as I saw a lit up rooftop just as the sunset was in the background. My heart instantly melted as I saw a bouqet of roses on the table. I smiled at my boyfriend and locked lips. Then he said those three words a girl always wants to hear from her boyfriend

"....I love you..."
