"you-ah! You better take off your braces, you look really dorky" teased Jeonjin, one of my senior

"None of your business!" I yelled

Jeonjin laughed, "I'm just joking, don't take it seriously"

I didn't reply and I entered the gym with my best friend, Soyeon.

"Does Jeonjin likes you?" she asked

"There's no way he likes me. He's so annoying, can't help it" I complained

Soyeon laughed, "But the other two looks quite fine"

"What do you mean?"

"One of them is Michael, I don't know about the other one" Soyeon said

"Not gonna remember his name anyway" I said being uninterested

"I guess I should stop talking about guys in front of you" Soyeon said as she tried fixing her ponytail

I took her empty bottle and threw it to the bin, "I'm going out for a second" I said

"Okay.."


"This .." I said outloud while kicking the toilet door, then someone from outside grabbed the door and locked it 

"Hey! What are you trying to do?" I yelled

He laughed

"Let go!" I yelled again

He laughed, then I heard Jeonjin's voice coming from somewhere, "Who's inside?"

"The girl that you talked to earlier" his friend said. Oh, so that's Jeonjin's friend

"you?"

His friend laughed, "Its true that its fun to play around with her"

"She's not a toy" Jeonjin said and he walked away as I could no longer hear him talk

"You better open the door!" I kicked the door 

He laughed again, "Okay, okay" and unlocked the door

As soon as I opened the door, I stared at him from the tip of his hair to this toe, "From the look, I know you're a bully"

His smile faded as soon as I said that, but I didn't care and walked away


"What's wrong with Jeonjin and his gang?" I asked

"They just like to tease their juniors" Soyeon answered calmly

"You're also a victim?" I laughed

"No, I'm also a part of their gang"

"You serious?" I glared at her

"No, I'm joking" Soyeon giggled, "Who would want to be a part of them? They're idiots"

"Really? Then we could bully them back" I said, "Anyway, do I really look like a nerd?"

"Don't bother trying it, and NO! You don't look like one, if you do, you won't be this popular" Soyeon said

"Okay, okay. Whatever, friend!"


As soon as I went home, like I always do everyday, I my computer and went online on a social messenger.

OH! Someone added me to his contact list? Who's Himchan? Kim Himchan? Anyway, I'm gonna just add him and see whether he's good enough or not

Himchan just signed in

"Hey!" He suddenly sent me a message

"Oh.. Hey" I replied awkwardly, "Who are you?"

"YOU DON'T KNOW ME?"

"Nope, not at all"

"Good then, you know I'm Himchan, but not sure which one am I? True?"

"True"

"Okay. Make it simple, I'm the jerk that locked you inside the toilet this afternoon"

"Yes, you're a jerk. HAHA"

"You sound pretty cool about it"

"Yeah, not a big deal actually. So, why bother trying to become my friend now?"

"Not really, just wanted to apologize. Jeonjin kept complaining about how I treated you"

"Oh, so in the end you're not being sincere"

"I won't apologize if I'm not sincere about it"

"Alright.."

"So, we're friends? Let's talk tomorrow"

"No way, if Jeonjin's joining"

"How about Michael?"

"Who's that?"

"The other guy, the one with the brown hair"

"Oh, he seems fine"

"Anyway, not gonna take any of those rats"

"HAHA, you're funny"

"Give me your phone number!!"

"Himchan! Say please.." 

"Please?"

"Oops, but no, not giving you my number. You did something bad today"

"Please?"

"No"

"Whatever, I'll ask Jeonjin! Anyway, why did you give him your number then?"

"I've known him even before I knew you existed"

"That's.. cruel"

"But a fact"

"Okay.."


THE NEXT DAY
It's 5.24am in the morning, I always need to wake up at least 2 hours before school starts because it takes at least 1 hour to reach school, I checked my phone and was flustered as I received a message from a number that's not from my contact list

"you, this is Himchan. Have a great morning" 

I tossed my phone to my bed and started getting ready for school. I couldn't stop thinking about Himchan, that weird guy

As soon as I reached school, I went straight to my classroom on the second floor.
