“Oppa ! I’m really happy today. Gomawo for brought me here.” A girl said to her boyfriend

“Aissh.. Of course.. for my goddess.” The guy smiled and hugged her

“Taecyeon oppa, let’s go home now ?” She smiled like a child

“Okay Yoona, come on but before that I need to go to the bathroom first.” Taecyeon answered

“Okay, I’ll wait here.” She smiled

“Okay.” He patted her head

Yoona’s waiting for him but suddenly she feels not well. Her head turns painful for her

“Aachh~~ My head *rubbing her head* Already past 3 days until now my head is really hurt, What happens ? What should I do ? Argghh..” She keeps rubbing until the painful more painless and Taecyeon came.

“Yoong, ready ?” Taec smiled without suspicious because doesn’t know the situation.

“Oh ne.” She smiled and pretends nothing’s happen.

“Oh ? You back ! So how’s your day with Taec ?” Victoria asked

“Great ! I really love it unnie ! I’m so happy.” Yoona is really happy until she’s feeling her head in pain again.

“Yoona ? Gwaenchana ? What happened ? Yoona ?” Victoria panicked

“Ahh unnie… It’s hurt ! Really hurt.. Ahhh~~I have feeling this hurt in past 3 days. Ahhh~~” Suddenly Yoona faited and Victoria panicked and calling Nichkhun.

Victoria : Khun !!!!! I need your help. I’m begging to you, please.. Please.. *started crying*

Nichkhun : Vic ?!! What happened ? Dear ?? Answer me !! *panicked hearing she’s crying.

Victoria : Yoona.. Yoona, she’s…. *crying more loud*

Nichkhun : I’ll be there soon. Waiting for me. *he rushed*

At hospital,

“Vic, you must calm down.” Nichkhun tries his best to calm down and stop crying.

“I can’t ! I’m afraid there is something’s that bad happens to her. I don’t want that happens again. She already enough suffered for a long time when she diagnosed twice got a tumor.” She’s afraid

“Vic, nothing’s happening.” Nichkhun really hurts seeing someone her love hurts like that. He hugs Victoria and her hair to calm down and Victoria more calm down and sobbed.

Suddenly,

“Excuse me.” Doctor spoke

“Oh, how’s her Dr. Han ?” Nichkhun asked. Dr. Han is his doctor and always serves his family and of course now his fiance’s family.

“Mr. Nichkhun, Remember what happened 2 years ago to her ?” He asked

“What do you mean, Dr. Han ?” Victoria interrupted him

“I’m sorry to say it but Ms Yoona, she’s.. her tumor is grow again in her head.” Dr. Han said carefully

“Don’t lie ! She had her operation already ! She recovered now ! What are you talking about Dr. Han ? She’s okay ! She’s fine !!” Victoria screamed and crying out loud

“Vic…” Nichkhun can’t stand it and hugs her again.

“But it’s a tumor Ms. Victoria and it usually to someone that had got it before. The tumor has grown in Ms. Yoona’s head again.” Dr. Han explained

“Is there something that we can do?” Khun asked with still hugging her to calm down

“There is, it’s an operation again but we don’t know it will be success or not because I’m afraid her tumor grow again after we do the operation but we will try my best and this time I’ll call a doctor from German so Ms. Yoona will recover really for sure.” Dr. Han explained

“Okay, thanks. We’ll give you the answer fast Dr. Han.” Nichkhun answered calmly and Dr. Han left.

“How?! How can you so calmly??!! Yoona’s sick! Her tumor is back!! What should I do?!!! Why are you like that??!!!” She punched his chest for several times with crying. “Oh I know, she’s nothing to you so that means I’m nothing to you.” Victoria said with blank looks.

“Vic, STOP!!!!! I calm not because I didn’t care but you can’t too crazy like this! You must calm down! I care about her and I care about you and never said I never care about you, I love you!” Nichkhun finally yelled at her with soft.

“Anio, anio… Yoona’s sick Khun, She’s still … she’s..” Before she can continue Nichkhun just leans his lips to hers and kiss her softly to shut .

Yoona heard everything. She can’t believe and crying quietly.

“Why is this can happen to me again? That’s why I felt the headache like I felt 2 years ago. *smirked* An operation again? It won’t work. The prove is already I have, although I had done my operation but the result, the tumor has grow again now. The only reason why I want did the operation 2 years ago just because of Taecyeon oppa and Victoria unnie but for now? I think it’s so useless. I’m sorry unnie but I won’t take the operation again. Not this time.”  Tears are falling to her cheeks and it hurts for her

“I’m sorry Taecyeon oppa, I think I’ll never can be yours. I can’t forever with you. I don’t want see you suffering again for me. That day was already enough for me. I think I must break up with you, for your own good. I want you to move on oppa.”  She keeps crying.

On the other side, Taecyeon is staying at his house and ready to sleep but before he sleeps, like usually he will see his picture with Yoona. He looks happy and just put the picture again until his hand without purpose touch the frame and it falls.

“What did I do?! But wait, why my heart is hurt ? Is something happening to Yoona ? I always feel this way when Yoona hurts and sad, what happened ? I need to call her.”

Back to the hospital, Victoria is already calm and now she’s trying to tell Yoona and makes her want to do the operation.

“Hey, my little sister.” Victoria tries to smile with Nichkhun come along

“Don’t try to smile unnie, I know it already.” Yoona said coldly and Victoria shocked

“Yoona…”

“Unnie, I won’t do the operation and that’s final.” Yoona just said the point

“Yoona, you can’t… The tumor still small, you can do it and it will success.” Victoria tried to explained

“Success? Yeah it will unnie but that’s no point. The tumor will grow up again so please, just let me die better than seeing all people are just suffering for me.” Yoona tried to brave and holds her tears.

“Yoona, you can’t be like that. What about me? What about Taecyeon? Yoona, you know I’ll hold my wedding in 1 month and you can’t Yoona.” Victoria’s pleading to her

“Unnie, I have made my decision, please… The operation won’t work! I’ll hold my pain and my sick for you until you’re married and about Taec oppa.. I.. I have decided to break up with him. He can’t with a sick girl with me.” Yoona smiled bitter

“Yoona, stop! You’re hurting yourself and you keep hurting Victoria, you must do the operation! Come on Yoona, Who knows about the tumor will grow or not? At last you must try and I have a good feeling about this and you will recover for sure.” Nichkhun said

“Oppa, I don’t believe it. I won’t do the operation and I’m sorry for hurting your best friend oppa. Hope you understand and please.. Never tell Taecyeon oppa about this.” Tears are inally falling from Yoona’s eyes.

“Yoona…” Nichkhun’s speechless.

“Yoona ! Please for me, please.. Do the operation.” Victoria keeps pleading to her.

“No unnie, I’m sorry. I don’t want to take the risk and die is the best for me. Don’t worry, I’ll attend to your wedding for sure and I’ll keep my promise.” Yoona’s crying.

“Yoona….” Victoria’s sobbing and hugs her sister. Yoona’s crying too and Nichkhun who’s watching them are speechless and crying quietly as well.

“Well, rest Yoona I’ll back tomorrow and I think you will discharge tomorrow.” Victoria spoke calm now

After they left, Yoona’s phone is ringing.

Yoona : Oh oppa , wae ? *tries nothing’s happened*

Taecyeon : Oh no I just want to checking you, are you okay ?

Yoona : Eh ? Oh ne I’m okay oppa. I’m about to sleep you disturbs me you know *tries to joking with him while the tears slowly falling down again*

Taecyeon : Oh really ? I’m sorry dear, just sleep then. I love you *smiled*

Yoona : Ne oppa, I… I love you too. *Tries to hide her tears and hang up*

After hanged up, Yoona’s crying more loud and sobbing.

“Oppa… *crying* Oppa, Mianhae. I will leave you. I’m so sorry.” Sobbing and crying.

“See ? Yoona’s okay. Maybe I just too miss her so that’s why I felt that way, well I must sleep now.” Taecyeon smiled and sleep

“I don’t know.” Victoria’s tears falling down. “She’s so stupid! She even doesn’t think how will Taec’s reaction if he knows it. She’s trying to make Taecyeon forgets her so Taecyeon doesn’t hurt ? It’s so lame.” Victoria let out a chuckled

“What should we do now? Hiding this from Taecyeon like what Yoona said?” Victoria asked innocently

“Yes dear and we’ll see until the right time he must know. I don’t want both of them suffer like that. For now, just keep quiet and see what happens next. Now, let me accompany you to your apartment Vic.” Nichkhun said

“But please… Please stay with me today. I don’t want to be alone. You know that I don’t have any parents anymore, please Khun, stays with me.” Victoria begged

“Okay, okay.” Nichkhun nodded and smiled at her.

Three days had past and Yoona’s always trying acting’s nothing happens. She always tries to say break up with Taecyeon but always there are many obstacle to say it. Yoona still with her statement to not do the operation and makes Victoria frustrated. Victoria heard it from Dr. Han if she keeps not want do the operation, her body’s metabolism will drop slowly and it will make her body be weak too. Yoona knew it too but she doesn’t care and just keep strong at least until her sister’s wedding. Yoona just eats some pills for endure her headache and keep quiet. She keeps find the perfect time to tell Taecyeon to break up until, there’s a day that Taecyeon asked her out and she will tell him at that date.

“We arrived Yoong !” Taecyeon smiled.

They are going to have a dinner together and they’re ordering some foods and have a beautiful moments. Yoona really feels happy but sad. She’ll no longer besides him from tonight after she told him soon.

“Yoona, the foods are delicious right ? Oh finally.. I’m full.” Taeceyon smiled and kiss her forehead. Yoona really wants to cry but she holds.

“Here we go. It’s the time. I’m sorry oppa. I love you.”

"Oppa, I have something to say to you." Yoona said

“Yoona ?” Victoria’s knocking her bedroom and entered

“Stop !” Nichkhun holds his hand and take the glass. “Don’t be like an idiot and stop ! Just because 1 girl you acting like this !” Nichkun pissed off

“One girl ?! You said one girl ?! I’ve told you ! Yoona’s my life and my love. I can’t replace her or…” Before he can say something, he fainted.

“I hope you know the reason why she’s doing this to you dude. She loves you and always. She wants you can move on.” Nichkhun said with seeing his best friend fainted with mumbling.

“Yoona’s right. If Taecyeon knows about her disease, he’ll act like this. I’d remember 2 years ago, he almost gave up because of Yoona but just luckily Yoona accepted and he looked relaxed back then but now ? *sigh* He’ll difficult to move on.”  Nichkhun thought.

The day has come soon. It’s 2 weeks more for Nichkhun and Victoria’s wedding. Although they’re happy but Yoona’s healthy keep their thinking it. Yoona keeps trying her best to hold her pains until her sister’s wedding. Taecyeon tries himself to forget Yoona and always shows that he already moved on but actually, he didn’t. Nichkhun always sees his best friend suffered but he keep shut. Taecyeon still doesn’t know about her disease and every time he met Yoona, he always avoids her.

“Yoona, what do you think ?” Victoria smiled at her sister with showing her wedding’s dress to pick one.

“It’s really beautiful unnie.” Yoona lets her small smile

“Ne, I’ll take this. I choose the right dress right ?” Victoria tried smiled and forgetting what happens to Yoona now.

“Ne.” Yoona nodded excitedly.

“I’m okay unnie, come on. We need to go right ? Nichkhun oppa’s waiting for you. Don’t make him wait.” Yoona smiled.

“Yoona, are you sure you won’t stay at hospital ? Yoona, please…” Victoria begged

“Hi.” Victoria smiled and glanced at Yoona

“Hi, Khun oppa.” Yoona smiled at Nichkhun

“Oh, hi Yoong.” Nichkhun smiled and glanced at Taecyeon.

“Let’s eat then ?” Nichkhun don’t want have any awkward moments and he just started right away.

“Oh sure.” Yoona’s the one replied him.

“Why is Yoona wearing a headgear ? Why is her face looking so pale? Is she sick ? What happened to her ? And this is the first time I saw her wearing a headgear with cover all her hair.”  Taecyeon thought.

Their lunch finally done and Victoria received a call. That is an important call that really must make Victoria and Nichkhun need to go soon. Victoria’s worrying how can she let Yoona goes home alone now while she needs to go somewhere with Nichkhun and the only way only Taecyeon.

“Yoona-ya.. I need to go with Khun oppa, you…”

“…Don’t worry unnie, I can go home by myself.” Yoona said

“But… No, I don’t want let you go home alone. Taec, you.. can you…” Victoria asked him

“I can’t.. I…” Taecyeon replied right away he knew what Victoria wants.

“Great, thanks. I know you guys.. Well anyway please take care of her Taec, bye Yoong, Taec.” Victoria waved her hand and went with Nichkhun.

“*clears throat* I will pay the bills first. I’m waiting you in the car Yoona.” Taecyeon said right away with cold tones. Yoona’s seeing his body walking to the outside and her heart is hurt.

Yoona’s walking toward the car with blank looks and thinking about her and Taecyeon. Taecyeon’s waiting for her and see her walking toward to his car but a sight see that disturbing him suddenly is.. He’s seeing Yoona ready to move to across and see a car is moving toward her and Taecyeon just get out from the car and run to her.

“Yoong !!!!!!” Taecyeon screamed her name and catch her body. He can see her pale face.

“Oh ? oppa..” Yoona lets a small smiled and suddenly collapsed on his embrace.

“Yoona ? Yoona !” Taecyeon surprised and carrying her fast to the car and going to the hospital.

“Doctor ! Doctor ! Help ! I need a help !” Taecyeon yelled need a help and the nurses and Doctor Han that see Yoona run to him.

“Dr. Han.. What happens to her ?” Taecyeon asked him worriedly

“What happens ? Taecyeon-sshi, do you…. Don’t you know about her healthy ?” Dr. Han confused that Taecyeon didn’t know.

“Her healthy ? What are you talking about Dr. Han ?” Taecyeon asked confused

“Taecyeon-sshi, Yoona.. Her brain tumor has grow again in his head and this time her tumor is really big now. Nichkhun-sshi and Victoria-sshi are trying their best to make her do the operation but she kept rejected because her own statement.” Taecyeon shocked.

“Brain tumor again ?” Taecyeon speechless

“Ne. I thought you knew it.” Dr. Han said

“No, they didn’t tell me.. Even Yoona. How’s Yoona now ?” He asked

“She’s a little bit okay now. She’s sleeping now. Well, I’ll leave. If something’s happening to Yoona-sshi just call me.” He said and about to leave but Taecyeon stops him for a while.

“Doctor, you said.. She’s really in bad condition now ?” Taecyeon asked

“Yes, I don’t know but if she keeps like that, we can’t help again. Her life is short now.” He said

“Since when she knew that her brain tumor has grown ?” Taecyeon asked

“1 month ago.” Dr. Han said and he nodded and Dr. Han leaves him.

“So that’s the reason… The reason why you left me 1 month ago. Because of this reason ? Yoona.. Why are you so stupid ?” Taecyeon’s crying silently and let his bitter smile

“Taecyeon !” Victoria’s voice called his name.

“How’s she dude ?” Nichkhun asked

“Why did you two lie to me ?! Yoona’s sick right ?” Taecyeon said softly

“You.. You knew it ?” Victoria surprised

“Yes ! And why I must know from Dr. Han ?! Why ??!! I’m his boyfriend ! I deserve to know it from you guys !” Taecyeon exploded

“Dude, calm down. We’re in the hospital.” Nichkhun tried calm him.

“How can I calm ??!! My girlfriend is sick and about to dying !!! How could you two ?! Why didn’t you tell me ??!!!” Taecyeon really angry

“What ??!! She’s so stupid.” Taecyeon chuckled and still can’t believe.

“Taec, we’re sorry but she keeps telling us to never tell you.” Nichkhun said

“Why she didn’t want to do the operation ?” Taecyeon said calmly.

“She’s afraid.. She’s afraid the operation won’t success and she’s afraid that the tumor will grow again then will make everyone worry about her. I know, she’s so stupid. She even said will survive until my wedding.” Victoria lets a bitter smiled

“That pabo girl ! Aissh… So that’s why she’s wearing a headgear. Her hair is.. *sigh*Guys, I think you can go home. Let Yoona be with me.” Taecyeon said

“I will call you if she awakes.” Taecyeon smiled

“He’s right dear. Besides, we must go to prepare about our wedding tomorrow morning. Come on. Yoona with Taecyeon it’ll be okay.” Nichkun said to Victoria

Yoona slowly opens her eyes in the morning. She looks at Taecyeon that sleep with sitting and his head on the bed.

“*slowly open his eyes* Yoona ? You already awake ?” Taecyeon asked her right away he awoke.

“What are you doing here oppa ? Did you…”

“Yoona, why are you so stupid like that ?!” Taecyeon asked

“I.. I’m sorry oppa, but I don’t want make you worried about me. It’s better to see you hate me then I must see you sad because of me oppa.” Yoona said sadly

“Yoona, I’ve already heard from Dr. Han and Victoria. You didn’t want do the operation ? Why ? Yoona, I’m begging to you. For me, for me you must do the operation okay ? Yoona, you’re in the bad condition. You can recover dear.” Taeceyeon said

“Oppa, it’s too late and beside. It’s better me like this rather than I must take the operation but it will fail so.. Don’t worry about me oppa.” Yoona smiled weakly.

They’re kissing passionately with sad moments. Yoona’s tears touched Taecyeon’s and Taecyeon keep kissing her until Yoona’s tears are stop falling and they broke the kiss.

“Oppa, promise me.. After I die, you won’t sad.” Yoona smiled

“Yoona don’t talk about that.” Taecyeon don’t want to listen it

“Why ? Slow or fast I will leave you soon oppa and I must prepare it.” Yoona said

“Just talk about that later. What I want now is always standing and be with you until the time has come.” Taecyeon hugged her with sad  heart.

It’s the day… Nichkhun and Victoria’s wedding day. They both are really happy because the day has come. Taecyeon, Victoria and Nichkhun keep telling Yoona to do the operation but they can’t make her mind changed and it makes them hopeless and hope the miracle comes. “Unnie~ You are really beautiful.” Yoona smiled as she sees her sister wearing a beautiful gown.

“Gomawo, Yoona.” She smiled back

“You will be Mrs. Nichkhun Horvejkul after the wedding.” She smiled weakly trying to endure her pain.

“Ne… Yoona, are you okay now ?” Victoria looks her sister’s face pale and bit her bottom lips

“I’m okay.” Yoona smiled weakly.

“Okay then.” Victoria just accepted what she said

“Unnie, remember the letter that I gave to you for Taecyeon oppa ? Don’t forget it okay ?” She smiled

“Oh ? Ne..” Victoria can’t smile and really want to cry but she holding it for Yoona and for her big day.

"Unnie ? Can I come ?" Yoona knocked her sister's room

"Of course. Why ?" Victoria asked

"I want ask a help for something unnie." Yoona said while walking to her bedroom.

"Okay, tell me.. Why ?" Victoria asked

"Unnie, I want give this to you *give a letter*. Please give this to Taecyeon oppa. Give him this if I die one day." Yoona said

"Yoong... Don't..." Victoria cried

"Wae unnie ? Don't cry please." Yoona swept her sister's tears.

So do Taecyeon and Yoona. Yoona trying her best to stand and clapped but unluckily she’s too weak and almost fall. Luckily Taecyeon catch her.

“Gwaenchana, dear ?” Taecyeon is really worried

“I’m okay. I’m just tired.” Yoona smiled weakly

“Really?” Taecyeon makes sure.

“Ne oppa.” Yoona replied but suddenly she fainted.

“YOONNNAA!!!!!!!!” Taecyeon screamed and everyone shock. Nichkhun and Victoria shocked as well. Victoria is running to her and they’re calling for an ambulance.

“Doctor, how’s Yoona ?” Victoria asked crying in Nichkhun’s embraces.

“Stop nonsense, doctor !!! The time hasn’t come !” Taecyeon cut him and can’t believe and run to the room.

“The doctor is wrong right Khun ? Right Yoona ? You’re okay right ?” Taecyeon couldn’t stand it !

“Oppa.. I… I’m sorry… I’m sorry.. I.. I can’t be with you forever. Even we can’t get to married. Oppa.. I…” Yoona said with tired breathing

“No… Sshhh~ Stop talking.. You need to rest.” Taecyeon doesn’t want know the truth. While Nichkhun embracing Victoria because Victoria knows the time has come.

“Oppa, you can’t be like this. You promised to me to can bear with the truth. Oppa, please don’t cry.. It hurts me so much.” Yoona cried

“Yoona…” Taecyeon kissed her forehead

“Yoong…” Victoria started to calm and talked to her

“Unnie, congratulations for your wedding. Hope you will have lots of children, right Khun oppa ?” Yoona smiled weakly and catch for her breath

“Yoona.. I.. You know that I love you right ? I will never hate you. I love you Yoona.” Victoria patted her hair and kissed her forehead

“Ne… Arayo.” Yoona smiled but suddenly her heart starts to stop breathing and she difficult to catch it

“Yoona ! Yoona !” Taecyeon cried holding her hand and kissing several times.

“Oppa… you have promised me and please… saying.. this… for... the last time.. Say.. you love… me.” Yoona tried to catch her breathe

“I Love You, Yoona..” Taecyeon said and Yoona just stop breathing with blessing smiled. Her hand didn’t have any strength anymore and her hand dropped when Taecyeon's holding it . Taecyeon, Nichkhun and Victoria cried quietly.

1 day before Nichkhun and Victoria’s wedding….

“Yoona, it’s a beautiful place right? You can feel the warm and fresh air in here. Are you like it ?” Taecyeon asked with smiled holding her hands while sitting together.

“Ne oppa.. I like it.” Yoona smiled and leaned her head on his shoulder and closed her eyes.

“Yoona, could you stay with me forever and do the operation huh ? Before it’s late.” Taecyeon started talked about it.

“Oppa, I’m sorry but I couldn’t. I’m afraid of it.” Yoona said

“Yoong…”Taecyeon leaned her hand to his lips and tears dropping from his eyes

"I'm glad you can feel it Yoong-ah, my love for you." Taecyeon cried. His tears are falling down to Yoona's hand.

“Don’t cry oppa. I can leave you in any time oppa, I don’t want you to be sad like this. Promise to me, when I die, you won’t cry and be strong for me ?” Yoona smiled and swept his tears

“Okay.. okay.” Taecyeon nodded and kissed her lips gently. Yoona smiled with that kissed. She thinks, maybe it was their last kissed.

“Today, we have remind our sister, our family and our love… Im Yoona. May she Rest In Peace.” The priest said the last sentences and the ceremony ended.

There were left Taecyeon, Nichkhun and Victoria. Nichkhun and Victoria are about to leave.

“Taec, we’re going home, want come with us ?” Nichkhun asked

“I still want to stay here.” Taecyeon smiled bitter and tears trying his best for not crying like he promised to Yoona.

“Taec, I want you receive this. It’s a letter… From Yoona. Before she died, she wanted me to give you this. So here we go. Hope you read it well. We’re going first. Take care Taec.” Victoria smile and left with Nichkhun.

Taecyeon left alone. He chuckles bitterly and just afraid to open the letter but he opened :

Dear Taec oppa,

Oppa, annyeong ? When you read this letter that means… I didn’t with you anymore. Oppa, I’m sorry… I’m sorry because I have to leave you even I had made your heart hurt because of me. Oppa, sorry that I had said to you,about our relationship was such a useless before but the truth is not. I love you every moment that we had together. First time we met, first time we shared our first kissed, our dated, your concerned and everything oppa. But now, I’m sorry to leave you oppa. Although I’m gone now, please oppa… never make yourself hurt. Move on oppa, search for your new love. I know you can get a girl that better than me someday. Oppa, let’s meet in the next life. My last sentence oppa… Until my last breath, I always love you
