I looked back to the street. I saw that white, small house.

 I remembered it as the most cheerful house on that street.

 Every day, when I walk from practice I would hear someone shout from the window,”Hey, Seo! How was practice?”

  I’d grin and then shout back, “The best!”

 And then he would come down and give one big chocolate chip cookie and a hug.

 He loved to bake.

 Beside from his practices, he would bake.

 I just came back from the funeral, from his funeral.

 His friends from EXO-M immediately took a flight to Korea. They said that Kris died because of me.

 I thought about that again.

 I feel a lump of guilt as I walked to the stage. Because of me being his girlfriend, everyone told me to talk.

“Kris was the most caring person I’ve ever had. Every day, when he is not too busy, he would run down and give a big homemade chocolate chip cookie. He doesn’t care if he has to go from China to Korea to help me with my problems—”

 Some of the guys snickered. I remembered all of the EXO-M had to go to Korea just for me.

 “Sometime before he left, he gave me a note. He said this is very important. He said that it can only be read when he dies. Of course, I laughed.  I didn’t think it would be so soon. The note is not for me, but for his friends, EXO-K and M.”

They looked at me in the eyes with a surprised face.

 Of course, Kris always made me No.1 and the rest No.2.

“Seohyun-ah, are you sure?” Chen yelled.

I nodded.

“Dear EXO,

I know I’ve always made Seohyun No.1 and you guys No.2.

 You guys mean a lot to me, in every way.

 D.O- hyung, your food is the most delicious food I’ve ever tasted.

 Xiumin-hyung, you are the one who always cleans up after me.

 Luhannie, I will never forget your love for taro bubble tea.

Suho, I will never forget the times we both go cycling together.

Baek, I will always remember the music you play from the piano.

Channie, I would never forget you’re “Happy Virus”.

Kai , I will always remember your dance moves.

I would really like for the EXO members to read by themselves, so it would be private.

I left the stage and saw lots of them bawling.

As I walked home I sat on a bench near the Han River. As I sat down comfortably, I felt that someone was touching my hand.

“Oppa?” I asked, surprised.

“Seohyun, you looked like you’ve seen a ghost! It’s only me, Kris.”

“Oppa let me correct you. You are a ghost, right?”

 I took a moment to have a real, good flashback

FLASHBACK

It was Friday afternoon, and Kris wanted to take a ride to go to practice.

He didn’t tell me who it was.

“WHO IS IT, OPPA?!” I yelled.

“Calm down, Seohyun-ah, calm down!” He said.

I took a deep breath, and said, “Who is it, Oppa?” I asked, in the calmest voice.

“It’s a friend of mine.” He said.

“Oh.”

“Now remember, don’t talk to strangers, answer my calls and… the most important thing, I love you, Seohyun-ah.”

I grinned back. “The same for you, I guess. Be careful, Oppa!” I said.

He walked away, while waving.

A while later, I got a phone call.

“Ms. Seohyun? This is an emergency ma’am. Your boyfriend, Kris Wu had a car crash with his manager that—Oh, asked money from him.”

I gasped. I quickly grabbed my coat and my flats and ran to my car.

“Please hurry ma’am. He is in critical condition right now. Beep. Beep. Beep.”

I drove to the hospital, ran to his room, and cried.

“Oh, Kris. I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry.”

Then, a miracle happened.

“Seohyun-ah,” he called.

“I won’t be here for a long time, maybe. Remember, I love you. Teeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet.”

 I cried.

“I love you too, Kris.”

“What are you thinking?” Kris asked.

I immediately woke up from my flashback.

“Nothing, Oppa.” I answered.

“Why are you sad?” he asked, concerned.

“I miss you, Oppa.” I looked up to his colorless eyes.

“Don’t miss me, Seo. Remember that promise we made?”

On my birthday, we made a promise to always be together.

I nodded.

“We are not together, Oppa.” I held back my tears.

“We are! Look inside your heart. I am always there for you, Seo.” He said.

Then he disappeared.

“Goodbye, My Love.” I said.
