Chapter 1: Ahhhh~ So much fluff! :D It was really sweet but in a way, sort of cliche and predictable. I think your writing is great but maybe write the plot to be less mainstream, because the whole - surprise-birthday-perfect-boyfriend-proposal thing is just a bit overdone. But otherwise, I enjoyed it! I also need to figure out how L.Joe managed to change so quick into his formal attire; you know those suits are hard to put on, in such short time too!
