"Ah... Winter's here..." Kyuhyun mutterred at the light drops of snow falling silently outside the window of the moving van. He smiled at his own reflection as he buttoned up his coat, hoping to get the warmth he missed, warmth that was not provided by the thick coat.

He should have been there, with Kyuhyun, riding in the back of the van, tired but satisfied from another successful performance. But Kyuhyun sat alone, staring blankly at the dark and empty road outside.

It's freaking 3 in the morning. Kyuhyun wondered what he was doing, the person that he missed sorely, the person that was not there with him and his band mates, the person he was yearning for, the exact person he was coming home to.

As if reading his thought, a text message came in, from that person, Choi Siwon. Kyuhyun smiled as he read the message. He looked outside once again and saw a building, letting him know he was just 15 minutes away from his waiting boyfriend. He had known him for 6 years, fell in love for 6 years, it being love at first sight. This was the 4th year of their relationship, and when he thought about it, Kyuhyun couldn't help but to feel some things have changed between them, especially within the last year.

They were still deeply in love with each other, Kyuhyun knew that for a fact. No one would argue otherwise with such longing stares and hungry touch they share between them. But the stares were getting rarer and the touches getting harder to share. He missed the time when things were easy and love was all they knew. No pressure other than the erratic beat of their hearts when they were together. Nothing at all, at least nothing else matters, because they were young, and there was nothing wrong with being in love. Kyuhyun sighed.

His breath fogged up the window, on which he drew two sticky figures. It didn't take a genius to know that it was Siwon and himself that Kyuhyun drew. The two faceless figures looked riddiculously happy standing hand in hand.

On the seats in front of Kyuhyun, Donghae and Eunhyuk exchanged glances back and forth, silently cursing the management for making a messed up schedule that forced Siwon to miss so many Super Junior activities. Donghae hopped to take a seat on Kyuhyun's side and snuggled at Kyuhyun's arm.

"We miss him too, Kyu... I'm sure he misses you as much as you do." Donghae said knowingly.

"And he's waiting for you back home! He has no schedule until 7pm." Eunhyuk blurted out.

Kyuhyun had to chuckle at his hyung's antiques. But the fact that they were all so meddlesome and liked to throw themselves into other people's business was exactly why Kyuhyun need them so much in times like this. He could even imagine Teuk taking his rare chance at showing authority as the oldest in the group to convince Kyuhyun that everything will be just fine, while Heechul would mostly just sit quietly beside him and pet his hair. Even those quiet members like Sungmin and Yesung often offered him some company in their own way.

He never intended to look so fragile and needed to be babied, but his band mates seemed to like babying him, except for maybe Ryeowook, because they were only a few months apart. So Kyuhyun nudged Donghae with his shoulder and threw a crumpled used tissue at Eunhyuk as his way of saying thanks. Sungmin laughed at Eunhyuk, while Yesung watched in silence and Ryeowook whined about how noisy they all were. One minute later, Kyuhyun got himself pressed flat against the window because everyone suddenly crammed together at the back of the van for a big group hug.

Once the van went back to its peaceful state, Kyuhyun went back to staring at the window. They passed a place that made Kyuhyun smiled sadly. He reached his hand around his neck and pulled out a necklace from inside his shirt. In that same van last winter, Kyuhyun and Siwon sat side by side. Kyuhyun was caught off guard when Siwon suddenly presented him with a beautiful ring of probably white gold or platinum, decorated with small blue sapphires, the symbol and the color of their nest that brought them together, Super Junior.

"Okay, this may not seem like a proper place to do this, but we may not have the time later and I can't wait anyway, so.... How about we take this relationship to a whole new level?" Siwon said in full speed, indicating both his eagerness and nervousness.

Kyuhyun blinked rapidly in disbelieve. Ryeowook and Yesung had been watching the whole thing over their headrest, looking as anxious as Siwon.

"Huh?" Kyuhyun asked, just to make sure.

Siwon grinned, dimples showing gloriously.

"What do you think of being engaged?"

Kyuhyun frowned as if thinking hard.

"Being engaged? Meaning letting go of 25% more of my freedom? Kissing those other people who loves me goodbye? Tying myself to you more than I had already done?"

Siwon nodded anxiously.

"I'm not gonna take away your freedom unless it brings danger to us, and you don't have to say goodbye to anyone because you're not going to prison or exile, but yes, don't give a chance even the slightest to those who tries to steal you away from me, though I hope you do it not by kissing them, and yes, let's tie our knots a little tighter, because you see, you're all I want for life and I wish to keep you close and happy with me."

Kyuhyun scoffed hearing the long and cheesy explanation from his ever so cheesy boyfriend. But he couldn't help the blush that was forming on his cheeks.

"What is this? A proposal?" Kyuhyun decided to tease Siwon a little further.

"Sort of. The very unromantic proposal. Just as you wish." Siwon grinned and glanced at Ryeowook.

Kyuhyun saw it, of course.

"What did you tell him?!" He glared at Ryeowook.

"Nothing, I just told him that if you were to ever be proposed, you want it to be simple, personal, and not so extravagant. This kind of it, right?" Ryeowook defended, to which Kyuhyun could only sigh.

"Whatever." he surrendered and turned to Siwon, "And you, let's say I agree to this nonsense, what do you expect me to do with that... Ring? I can't just wear it and it would be such a waste to keep it locked somewhere, we might as well return it to the shop and use the money to do something else like buying more stocks from SM Entertainment."

Siwon laughed at Kyuhyun's riddiculous argument. He quietly pulled up the base of the box that held the sapphire ring.

"That's why this ring comes with a specially designed chain so you can wear it under your clothes, hidden from prying eyes." Siwon took the ring and slipped it into the chain and smiled lovingly to Kyuhyun.

"You do know that I'm not very fond of wearing necklace, right?" Kyuhyun asked Siwon in disbelieve, but moments later he shrugged, trying to hide his blush, "Whatever" he said, "put it on me."

That very sama necklace with the sapphire ring as a pendant had been dangling around Kyuhyun's neck for almost a year now. Kyuhyun never removed it from his body, not even once. It made him feel like Siwon was always there with him. But of course every trick gets old and old tricks got rusty. Bit by bit, the necklace lost itd charm. It's no longer enough to fill in for Siwon's presence. Touching it didn't make Kyuhyun feel happy anymore, it only made him sad. The ring did nothing wrong, but staring at it recently made Kyuhyun blush, not from love, but from disappointment.

'Just how long did he expect me to wear this thing?' Kyuhyun thought.

He wished Siwon were there for him like last winter. Spending every night with him, having dinners with the members, went drinking with his KyuLine. But recently, only empty house greeted him when he got home from a schedule, no bone-crushing hugs, no kiss on the cheeks, nothing. If he's lucky, he would find Siwon's note on the fridge, telling him he would be working late, or sometimes he would find Siwon's pictures on the internet, being friendly with his co-star. There were times he wished he could just scream and tell the world that Siwon belonged to him. But, he couldn't do it, perhaps because he loved Siwon too much and he couldn't bare to destroy him like that, or because he was actually afraid, afraid that it wasn't true at all, and Siwon was never his to claim.

"Kyuhyun-ah." the manager called to him and broke his reverie, "we're here."

Kyuhyun smiled. He's home. And tonight it wouldn't be empty. Siwon would be there waiting for him. And he would kiss the man like there's no tomorrow. Kyuhyun would do anything to make Siwon miss him.

"Thanks, hyung!" he said cheerfully, "See you guys tomorrow, please behave!" He warned the remaining people in the van as he jumped out of it.

Eunhyuk, Donghae, and Ryeowook scowled while Sungmin and Yesung only laughed.

Kyuhyun walked to the elevator with light steps, whispering Siwon's name in his heart with every little steps he made.

"Siwonnie hyuuuung..." he called as he let himself in. But there's no answer.

"Siwonnie? Where are you?" Kyuhyun called again. He went to check the bedroom, empty. The bathroom was also empty. Where could the horse be?

"Yah Ma Siwon! It's not funny! Just come out already!" Kyuhyun yelled.

He went to the kitchen and found the table has been set for two. Unlit candles, rose petals, Teddy Bear, it was definitely Siwon's cheesy taste. But when Kyuhyun leaned on the table, his heart sank. Around the Teddy Bear's hand were a pair of rings, similar to the one dangling around Kyuhyun's neck, only more simple. And around the bear's feet was a note in Siwon's neat handwriting.

"Will you marry this stupid horse, BabyKyu?"

Kyuhyun grabbed the Teddy Bear and yelled.

"Why do you have to ask me through a ing note, Choi Siwon?!" he screamed from the top of his lung, "Why couldn't you ask it right on my face?! You said you were gonna be home tonight, but where are you now??"

Kyuhyun yanked the rings from the stuffes bear and throw away the bear with super strength.

"STUPID HORSE!!!" he screamed in frustration and began sobbing.

"Whoa whoa..." a voice rang through his ears and Kyuhyun's head immediately shot up to find the source of the voice. Choi Siwon walked gallantly in his body fit tuxedo with the Teddy Bear in his hands. He looked like he just came out of a movie.

"Why are you crying, Baby?" Siwon's hand found its way around Kyuhyun's face in no time, caressing his cheeks ever so softly, "You don't like the bear?"

"H-hyuung..." Kyuhyun squeaked, "where have you been?" he buried his face on Siwon's broad and muscular chest.

'This is exactly where I belong...' Kyuhyun thought as he inhaled Siwon's distinct body scent that he loved the most.

"I was just outside taking out the garbage." Siwon smiled as he hugged the boy he loved so much, "My Big Baby... Are you scared? Or did you miss me that much?"

Kyuhyun hid his face in embarrassment. But he nodded nonetheless.

"I do miss you, wonnie..."

Siwon tighten his hug around Kyuhyun. He kissed Kyuhyun's temple and whispered. "I miss you too, Baby..."

That's when he realized that Kyuhyun must have seen the note he left on the table. He's so stupid.

"Have you read my note, Baby?" Siwon asked as he pulled back from the hug and cupped Kyuhyun's face.

Kyuhyun nodded.

Siwon sighed and moved his hand down to hold Kyuhyun's.

"I was supposed to welcome you home at the door," he explained, "cover your eyes, lead you here, and pop the question. But I guess you beat me to it."

Kyuhyun gulped. He wasn't really expecting this.

"So what do you say, babe?" He brought up Kyuhyun's hand that was holding the rings and took them from Kyuhyun, "Let's get married, shall we?"

Kyuhyun blinked cutely and shook his head.

"I'm not marrying a stupid horse." he pouted then continued, "I'm marrying Prince Siwon, the cheesy and sometimes stupid good looking guy who only loves Cho Kyuhyun and belongs to Cho Kyuhyun forever."

Siwon stared at the beauty in front of him, quickly enveloped him in his arms and spread butterfly kisses all over Kyuhyun's face, mouthing endless thank you to the love of his life.

'Last winter we decided to be engaged. But this winter we are getting married.' Kyuhyun thought, he grinned and hugged Siwon as tight as he could. All his worries had vanished into thin air. Siwon belonged to him, forever and always, just like he belonged to Siwon.

"All good things happened in winter." He giggled and gave Siwon the biggest, longest, loveliest, and most passionate kiss he had ever done in his life. Why? Well, just because he can.
