The commissary was slowly filling with throngs of agents and trainees as they queued up in their respective lines to receive their predetermined meals and 'Supplements', as the Staff referred to them.  We all knew that the small, collorful pills were just performance-enhancing drugs that would - as we had been told upon being admitted to the program - 'increase our aptitude' in both mind and body.  Not that it mattered, no one really cared what happened to them once they were inducted.  Some even thought the idea of a 'Superhero Pill' - as some had come to call the drug - was cool.  Most had gotten so used to the way they felt while training after taking it, that they quickly forgot how it felt to function like a normal human being.  I'm not one of those people.     As I approached line B-2, joining the other Second Unit girls and feeling very much like livestock, I spotted someone out of the corner of my eye.  I turned my head slightly in their direction and was met with a crooked smile that looked more like a smirk.  The young man's name was Seunghyun.  He was ranked first in the Second Unit boys, which we were all constantly reminded of by his self-given nickname, 'TOP'.  He and I were good friends, as we had both been admitted in the same Class.     I returned his smile with my own sarcastic smirk and saw him chuckle before I turned back to face forward.  The line of girls in front of me dwindled quickly, and when it was my turn to claim my meal and Supplements, I stood in front of the black counter and allowed the scanner mounted on the front to read my badge.  The woman behind the counter looked at my personal information that appeared for her on the screen behind the counter.  She then handed me a metal meal container and a small, disposable plastic sleeve, which contained two round, blue pills.  "We're upping your dosage for today, it looks like your performance was not up to par on yesterday's assessment."     'Not up to par'?  This wasn't good.  I had trained so hard and I was sure that my score had been high enough.  I nodded once and left the line so that the next girl could recieve her dose.  Once we had gotten our meals, we were allowed to mingle with agents and trainees from other Ranks.  I found Seunghyun sitting at a table a few rows away with our other friend, Jiyong, who was also from our Class.     I sat in the chair across from them and placed my meal container and the sleeve of pills on the table.  They both eyed the pills and I felt them about to voice their intrigue as I
