"Willl you please enter the room?" Lee SooMan motioned for the boys to enter the room. The five boys entered the room, polietly bowed, and sat down inside of the conference room.

"Now, I have gathered you here today to talk about our new trainee program that will incude five groups from our company. Think of this as a new way to train some of our trainees. We've held this program off for a few months now, but we've finally decided on these "special" trainees to use in our program. Furthermore, you boys, F(x), Super Junior, EXO-K, and EXO-M will be participating in this. SNSD will be too busy promoting this year, and we decided that a group would be easier to have instead of our solo artists for this." Lee SooMan expained. The boys sitting in the chairs looked at him with surprise.

"But Lee Sooman-ssi, how is this going to work? Don't we have to continue practicing for our promotions?" The guy with blond bangs exclaimed.

"He's right, all of us need to keep practicing. And this program, I'm guessing we just meet them for a few hours a day right? Actually, if that's so, then we can practice on our own time..." He flipped his hair to get rid of his bangs that were in his caucasian-shaped face. The five boys started to tense up. 'What if we fail to train them?' He thought.

"Don't worry about that. Everything will be taken care of. However, Jonghyun's theory is not correct. As I said,this program has been put off for this very reason. But after months of thinking, we decided to go with it. Some trainees are from America, one from Korea, one from Japan, and another one from China," Lee Sooman gave a gentle smile toward the boys. As expected, the five boys looked at each other with curious faces. Lee Sooman gave out a big sigh and then said,
