Utu Niyama (Time, Season)

D.C. al Coda

Cal lived like she felt. The room she resided in was torn to bits. Pillows were shredded, glass shards littered the floor, and bullet marks covered the ceiling. At least, that's how she imagined it would look if Scythe Master didn't hire workers to clean it up every time her rage grew too out of control to handle.

She wouldn't mind living like that. It would be a constant reminder of all the damage she could do to Reiji. Cal smiled at the thought of Reiji, powerles beneath her, and of she, the victor, looming over him. She probably would be ready by now to kill Reiji by now. No, not probably. She definitely could kill him. If only goddamned Scythe Master would let her go look for him! She had already completed five missions, and was training now for a sixth! She had trained harder in the past eight months then Reiji had in his whole career as Phantom! So, why was Scythe master stopping her?!?

"Damn you, Reiji!!!," she shouted in a way cruel enough to make a child cry. The gun she had been holding fired off six bullets. Each one hit the brick she was targetting.
