I really didn't expect to win third place with this entry, especially since this is my first time participating in a contest - I'm really grateful to miss_lollipop for organising her writing competition, and glad that she liked my story. It's a real honor, really!

I hope the rest of you readers really enjoyed this too, and thanks for all your supportive comments too! A couple of people have requested sequels - honestly I'm not sure if I should, because I think the story ended quite well on this note and a sequel might mess up the storyline depending on how I write it. However, I do have an idea for a sequel, and since I haven't quite decided whether or not to have a sequel, I decided to seek the readers' opinions, so please vote in this poll!
