Choi Siwon is your average guy.  Well other than the fact that he and his friends are gangsters, he's still pretty average.  But after a rough break-up from his beloved girlfriend of more than 3 years, he becomes an emotional wreck.  And of course no one wants to talk to him.  Except for his one best friend Park Jihoo, whom he has known almost since childbirth.  Well not that early on, but close enough.  And other than Jihoo, there is one more person that enjoys keeping him company.  Jihoo's little sister.  Who just so happens to manage to piss Siwon off every single second of every single day they are together.   

But of course, just like every other storybook romance, something bad happens.  And Siwon needs to make things right, otherwise he has to face the wrath of a very angry big brother.
