Myungsoo just recently graduated from college. It had been a hard road making it through college, but he had made it and couldn't wait to put his hard earned education to work. He sat eagerly in the waiting room for his first interview. He smirked at himself thinking of how amazing it would be to land a job at a top ad agency. It was his dream, it was what he was striving for. Today, he dressed in his best black suit, making sure to look extra sharp. He knew he was more than qualified, he just needed to win over the other candidates that were also competing for the same position. A woman came out from behind the double doors separating the candidates from the company representatives.

"Kim Myungsoo” she called.

“I'm hear” Myungsoo replied as he stood up from his seat.

“They are ready for you. Please come in.” as she ushered him into the conference room.

Myungsoo walked in nervously, not that anyone could tell. He stood in front to the hiring panel, bowed respectfully, and introduced himself.

“Please have a seat” One of the representatives said and so began the interview.

Thirty minutes later, Myungsoo stepped out of the room full of confidence. He knew he impressed the panel. Myungsoo pulled out his phone from his pocket. He wanted to call his friends out for some drinks. He hadn't officially won the job position yet, but he wanted to celebrate.

After, coming home from hanging out with his friends, Myungsoo checked to see if he had any new messages. Only One.

“Hello, This is Kim Sunggyu, Kim Myungsoo, Congratulations on filling the empty position within our agency. We will see you first thing Monday morning.”

Myungsoo played the message again. He grinned listening to the happy news. It wasn't just the message that made him smile, it was also that voice. Thinking back on his interview, he honestly could not remember the other members of the panel. He only remembered Kim Sunggyu, his new boss. He didn't understand why that one man was so etched into his brain.

“Aish!” Annoyed with himself, Myungsoo got ready for bed. Maybe I'm just over thinking things, he thought. Monday would be the start to a new chapter of his life.
