The week flew by. Sunggyu's creative team had not receive a new assignment since finishing their last project. Myungsoo and the rest of his co-worker kept themselves occupied with busy work. Before they knew it, it was already Friday and the office was buzzing about the up coming party. As Myungsoo was finishing up some paperwork, he glanced up to see a handsome man walking into their department. Unintentionally, Myungsoo made eye contact with the unknown man as he walked towards Sunggyu's office. The man smirked at Myungsoo before he broke their gaze and walked into Sunggyu's office unannounced. Executives and directors come in and out of his boss' office all the time but Myungsoo didn't recognize this stranger. Who was he?

-- In Sunggyu's Office –

“Gyu, do you know that you have a really hot guy working for you?”

“Hello, Woohyun”, Sunggyu replied without even looking up at his guest.

Ignoring his friend's greeting, Woohyun sat down on one of the chairs in front of Sunggyu's desk. “He has a pretty face and piercing eyes. Is he new? Will he be at the party tomorrow? Maybe I can get to know his better.”

Sunggyu did not like what his friend was implying. “Three things Woohyun. One, you don't know if he prefers men like us. Two, office relationship should be looked down upon. Three, Myungsoo is one of the best members of my creative team and I don't want you messing with him.”

“So his name is Myungsoo, huh? You know it's not like you to be protective of another person, team member or not. Don't tell me you have feelings for that pretty face?” Woohyun teased.

Sunggyu finally looked up from his work. “I don't know what you mean.”

“Well if that's the case you won't mind me getting acquainted with him at your party. Besides, aren't you the one who always says 'What Happens at the Party, Stays at the Party'?” Woohyun could only smirk at his friends silence before he got up from his seat, “See you tomorrow night, Gyu. I can't wait for your party.”

-- Outside of Sunggyu's Office --

As Woohyun stepped out of Sunggyu's office he caught Myungsoo staring at him. A smile spread across his face as he gave the latter a flirty wink before he walked out of the department.

Myungsoo was dumbfounded. He didn't know what to think. “Did he just wink at me?” he mumbled to himself. Myungsoo looked at his co-worker across from him and asked, “Hey, do you know who that guy was who went to see Sunggyu-shi?”

“You mean Nam Woohyun? He's the boss' best friend. They started at Woollim together but he works with our law department. If there's a contract we want or a deal to be broken, Woohyun is who you would call to get it done...The guy is a total player though. You better watch out for him.”

“Y-You mean he likes men?” Myungsoo questioned.

“He likes people” his co-worker said with a laugh. “Nam Woohyun likes both. We've seen him with both men and women.”

“What about Sung--” Myungsoo was cut off from asking another question as Sunggyu called the whole team to gather around him.

“I hope everyone is looking forward to tomorrow night,” Sunggyu began, “We all deserve to have some fun. As always please feel free to bring a friend or your significant other to the party. The more the merrier. It's already past 3 so why don't we quit early today and I'll see everyone tomorrow at seven at my house.”

Everyone just nodded and happily cheered that they would all have an early start to the weekend. Sunggyu walked back to his office while everyone else gathered their belongings from their work area. Before, walking out to go home something made Myungsoo stop by Sunggyu's office.

“Sunggyu-shi, can I come in?” Myungsoo called as he knocked on the office door.

“Come in.” Sunggyu replied. “Can I help you with something?” Stopping with whatever work he was doing, giving Myungsoo his full attention.

“No... I... uh... was wondering if you were about to leave early too.” Myungsoo wanted to smack himself for sounding so stupid.

“Not yet, I have some work I want to finish.” Myungsoo wasn't surprised by the response. This was Sunggyu after all.

“Oh... Okay. I guess I'll see you tomorrow at your party then.” Myungsoo couldn't understand why he was sounding so lame in front of Sunggyu right now.

“I look forward to seeing you there.” Sunggyu said with a coy smile.

Myungsoo for the second time that day was dumbfounded. The smile Sunggyu gave him made his heart race. He knew he was staring at his boss for far too long but he couldn't pull himself away from Sunggyu's gaze. With what felt like an eternity, Myungsoo finally manage to blink and regain some of his senses.

“Well... good bye Sunggyu-shi.” Myungsoo manage to say as he turned around to leave the office.

“Good-bye Myungsoo-shi” Sunggyu responded before returning to his work.

Hearing Sunggyu call his name brought chills down Myungsoo's spine. What is wrong with me? He thought.
