Minho hates change.
Change took everything away.
Taemin wants to make him see that not all change is bad.
Foreword
They laid breathless on the bed in each other’s arms. He rested his shoulder on the other staring up at the dark ceiling.
“I love you, hyung.” He said in a soft voice.
“I love you too, Kai.”
“Promise to never grow tired of me.”
“I promise.”
“Promise to never leave me.”
“I promise.”
“Promise to always be by side.”
“I promise.”
“Promise to always love me.”
“I promise.”
They promised each other everything. Love more than anything, but then one of them changed. One of them fell out of love. He broke his promise.
“I think we should break up.”
“No, please.”
“I don’t love you anymore!”
“Don’t leave like this.”
“I’m tired of pretending that I do.”
“Kai-”
“No, Minho! I’m done. It’s over…”
He didn’t want any more change, but this change seemed avoidable.
“Hi, I’m Taemin.”
“Minho.”
“We should be friends.”
“Get lost, kid.”
“I’m gonna make you love me.”
“I don’t believe in love anymore.”
“I’m gonna make you happy.”
“I’m going to hurt you.”
“I’m willing to take the risk.”
“You’re going to leave.”
“Never.”
“Yes, you will. They always do.”
