Kim Kibum (17)
Being gay and extremely popular with girls and in-embarassing-denial Hwang Sangchul (the only guy that Key could never like that way) was the worst joke of the century for Key since he always seemed to like the worst kind of men: the taken ones or straight ones.

Lee Taemin (15)
When he was eleven, Taemin was rejected by female classmate, Sulli, who accused him of stealing the Snow White role in a school play. Since then, his personality became warped. Very innocent, often bullied, but could be unexpectedly sharp.

Choi Minho (17)
A very serious model student, Student Body Vice President, and captain of the soccer club, easily the most popular boy in school. Seemed to have a crush on Lee Taemin but was unable to express it because his parents were strict traditionalists.

Kim Jonghyun (18)
The resident kingka who part-timed as a DJ at a Mirotic. The jjang at school and even the sunbae-deul were wary of him. Surprisingly open-minded and honest with his uality. Had a complicated relationship with Shin Sekyung, but acted like a fanboy around Jaejoong.

Lee Jinki (19)
Student Body President and the school's top student, infamous for his overall lameness. Friendly, with mile-long lines of admirers. Though clumsy and dorky, he changed completely when the situation called for it. Often flirted senselessly with Key.

Kim Jaejoong (23)
Taemin's beautiful step-brother from a different father. They shared an awkward relationship. He loved Taemin as a brother, but his glass-spun caution created a distance and Taemin was lost on how to approach him. He was jealous of Key's closeness to Taemin.

Jung Yunho (23)
Kim Jaejoong's charismatic, playful love interest. Jaejoong seemed to be in love with him but he'd always reply with mixed signals. A reliable man who got along well with Taemin since they shared same interests: Jaejoong and dancing.

Shim Changmin (21)
A sarcastic, witty college boy who shared a love-love-hate relationship with Jaejoong. It often caused Yunho to throw a jealousy fit. Changmin used to be Minho's neighbour and had expressed vague "interest" in Taemin.

Park Yoochun (23)
A greasy playboy who liked to tease Key a lot, but was always ready to give advices and comfort. Key's piano teacher and had known him for years. Often flirted with Junsu, Key's older, but more innocent cousin.

Kim Junsu (22)
Despite being older, Junsu acted more like a child compared to Key, who often came off as sharp-tongued around him. Despite Key's constant annoyance, Key and Junsu were as close as brothers could be. Junsu was terrified of Park Yoochun.
