HYORIN gave Jungsoo up after she saw that he truly love Sora and no matter argument she brought up, he has a way to always defend her. But Jungsoo kept his word on helping her career up with the Super Junior with a deal that she won’t say anything against Sora.

Sora being a kind girl that she is, still wants to be friends with Hyorin. “Oppa, I don’t see any reason of cutting my friendship with Hyorin because no matter what she said about me, you proved your feelings for me. You told her yourself that you love me… as much as I love you.” Sora explained.

Jungsoo guided Sora to his car’s passenger seat and rushed to the other side. He immediately fixed Sora’s seat beat for her before he did his and drove smoothly to bring Sora home. Glancing at each other from time to time and holding each other’s hand when given the chance.

They first went to Sora’s home and informed her parents about the new status of their relationship, which to their surprise, Sora’s omma just smiled at them and her appa, tapping Jungsoo by the shoulder,

“You don’t have to inform us, Jungsoo-ya. We already know that you two will end up together.” Her father said to them,

“Bwoh? H-how did you know that, Ahbeoji?” Jungsoo asked Sora’s father nervously,

“Of course we know how special our rabbit is for you. We always notice how you look at each other. I’m sure your father will have the same reaction as me, son.” Mr. Kang replied, that made the two of them blush,

“Jungsoo-ya, you don’t have to be shy with us. All of us here in the village saw the two you grow up together and they also know how you treat each other. “Sora’s mom added, “I think it’s better if we can have a nice family dinner together too. What do you think, yeobo?” she asked Sora’s father.

“That would be nice.” Mr. Kang said and turned to Jungsoo to repeat the invitation to him, “Clear your schedules for the dinner, Jungsoo. This is for my daughter. A family dinner. Do you understand?”

Sora can feel that Jungsoo is getting nervous beside her, so she grabbed his hand and held him close. Jungsoo turned his head towards Sora when he felt her hand intertwining with his. He saw Sora smiling at him, taking the nervousness away from his system. He smiled back at her,

“Neh, ahbeoji.” Jungsoo said replied and turned to Sora, “Sleep well, princess. I know you have been through a lot today, so take a rest.” He said, and kissed Sora on her forehead before he passed Sora to her parents,

Jungsoo walked backwards and waving his hand to Sora, “Annyeong, Princess! Saranghae!” he shouted that made Sora’s parents and make her blush at the same time.

--- The Next Day, Dinnertime –--

Jungsoo and Sora’s parents are both present at the dinner Sora’s parents prepared and their parents have been busy discussing about their work and hobbies while the two lovers are sitting opposite each other at the end of the table.

He has been making faces and making Sora smile, constantly whispering saranghae each time, but Inyoung noticed what they’re doing and teased the two of them,

“Yah, Jungsoo-ya! Don’t stare too long at my sister.  She won’t go anywhere, you know?” Inyoung said and pretended to be annoyed,

“Yah, noona! I’m not doing anything to you. Leave us alone!” Jungsoo replied, playing along with her sister,

“Lucky for you, Sora-ya likes you, Jungsoo-ya or else you have to choose a girl who’s only second best.” Inyoung continued, but she just received a smile from her brother,

“Aniyo, noona.” Jungsoo replied and walked behind Sora and gave her a hug, “Sora doesn’t only like me. She loves me, as much as I love her.” He said tenderly that made both of their families smile while looking at them,

“Erhm, Jungsoo…” Sora’s father said to get Jungsoo’s attention, “Since you have mentioned that, I would like to ask you a very important question.” Mr. Kang started but hesitated at first,

“Yes, ahbeoji. What is it?” Jungsoo replied and waited for Mr. Kang.

“About you and Sora… w-what are your plans for my daughter?” Mr. Kang asked that made all of the people present nervous,

Jungsoo was taken aback, somewhat reluctant on answering the question. He glanced at Sora and she smiled but he knows that she’s nervous as well, waiting for an answer. He let out a deep sigh,

“Appa, eomma. Ahbeoji, ommeoni. Noona, Princess…” Jungsoo started, that caught all of the attention of the people sitting for the dinner,

“I would like to give me and Sora more time before I ask for Sora’s hand for marriage. I don’t want to leave her when we get married, so I will use this chance to have my enlistment for two years while Sora finishes her studies at the university.”

“And after that?” Mr. Kang asked Jungsoo again, directly looking at him,

“If you’re going to let me, I would like to ask Sora’s hand for marriage after my enlistment and live my life with her for the rest of my life.” Jungsoo answered sincerely to them, then he turned to Sora,

“Would I be cruel if I ask you to wait for me, princess?”

“No oppa. I will wait for you. Two years is not that long.” Sora answered tears are beginning to run down to her cheeks.

“I promise to become a better man for you when I come back, Princess. I love you.”

[AFTER 2 YEARS]

“Sora-yaaa!” Sora heard someone shouted her name from the back and when she turned, she saw Hyorin running towards her, wearing her black graduation gown and waving the hat that comes with it,

“Yah! Hyorin-ah, you don’t have to rush. I’m not going anywhere.” She said when Hyorin hugged her tight, “Congratulations to us, Hyorin-ssi! We’re graduates!” Sora cheered and hugged Hyorin back.

‘You got that right. All that hard work really paid off.” Hyorin said but changed on a serious tone, “Sora-ya, mianhe for what I did to you and Leeteuk oppa last time. I’m really sorry.” She said and cried,

“That’s alright. It’s all finished now, what is important is we’re friends again, right?” Sora answered and forced a smile,

Within the span of two years of being apart to each other, Jungsoo and Sora only seen each other once a year and just communicate through letters which Sora reads almost every day to lessen how much she misses her Jungsoo oppa.

“Look what you’ve done to Sora-ssi, Hyorin-ah. You made her cry again!” a guy’s voice said and it was Seungho who spoke,

“Seungho oppa!” Hyorin greeted, “It was not my intention to make her sad though. I was just saying sorry about what happened to us last time, you know.”

“Yah! We both know how Sora feels when we talk about Leeteuk-ssi, right? Don’t do that again!” Seungho scolded Hyorin, “Arasso, jagiya?”

“Arasso, oppa.” Hyorin answered, and just hugged Seungho tight in her arms,

“Hey you two! You don’t have to mind about me, I’m feeling fine.” Sora answered smiling at the two of them,

“Let’s go to our house. Omma prepared something to celebrate.” She invited them.
