That night I could barely sleep. 
What was going on? I've known this kid forever, all of a sudden I have feelings for him? No, I had A feeling. I bet it's nothing. I HOPE it's nothing. 

"Ma can I talk to you?" I asked her early Thursday morning.
"Of course honey. Is something wrong?"

"Not exactly. Do you think I hang out with the boys too much?"
"Well," she started.
"Be honest. "
"Where is this coming from?"
"I don't know. I was just thinking last night. I have like NO other friends
besides them. Like, I have no girlfriends."
"I see. Do you feel you need a girlfriend?"
"I mean, no. Yeah. I don't know. I can tell Daniel anything, but there's just
some things you don't want to tell your guy friends."
"I understand. And you know I'm here for you."
"Yeah, but there's somethings you don't want to talk about with your mom
either."
"I know, I know."
"Wait, you never answered my question. Do you think I spend too much time with
them?"
"Okay, it's not that you spend too much time with them. They're your best
friends. You can never spend too much time with your best friends. But, I do
think it would be a food idea if you invest in some girl friends. It's not going
to be easy. You know that right?"
"Yeah. I know. Thank you for this talk. I really appreciate it."
"Anytime baby."
"I'm gonna go wait outside, they should be here any minute. I love you." I said
as I gave her a nice long hug. 

I don't know why, but I felt like I was going to cry. 
 

Today, I was in Dari's car.
It was just me, Dari and Dayday.
I was really quiet, it seemed so weird.
"Em, is something wrong?" Dari asked.
"No, why?"
"Nothing, you're just really quiet this morning."
"Oh it's nothing. Can I ask you guys a question?"
"Of course girl." Dayday said.
"Okay, you guys have friends other than mr right?"
"Yea." Dayday answered quickly.
"Actually, we don't really." Dari added slowly.
"Neither do I. Do you think that's a little strange?"
"No, I mean there's 7 of us. And we all have different personalities, that's all
the friends I need." he said.
"I mean for me. I don't have any girl friends."
"Do you want some?" Dayday asked confused.
"Sorta. I mean, you have each other to tell stuff too. I don't really have
anybody. Of course I have all of you, but there's just things you need a girl
friend for."
"So what are you saying? You want to have some girl friends ?" Dari asked.
"Yes. I think so."
"Okay. Uhm, I don't know what to say."
"Honestly, I don't think I know how to make friends."
"Whaaaaat? Dayday said.
"I've never had to. I had you guys. I do all my work in school, I don't talk to
anyone. All I do is hang out with you guys."
"So this is our fault." Dari said sadly. "Im sorry."
"NO! Don't be sorry. It's not your fault. Not at all, don't ever think that."
"So what are we gonna do?"
"Well, I'm gonna try to make some girlfriends."
"Are we still going to hang out like before."
"Dari, I don't know. I really don't know. I love you guys, I really do, but I
think I need a little time to try to figure some things out."
"It's okay, we completely understand. And I'm sure the others will too."
"I hope so. I don't want them to be mad at me."
"They won't. We love ya girl." Dayday said.
I said hello to the rest of the guys and went straight into the school. Dari
said he would take care of explaining for me. 

Is this right? Trying to find more friends? Is this wrong? Can I trust them like
girl friends?
