FANGIRLING:
1. the reaction a fangirl has to any mention or sighting of the object of her "affection". These reactions include shortness of breath, fainting, highpitched noises, shaking, fierce head shaking as if in the midst of a seizure, wet , endless blog posts, etc.
2. a gathering of two or more fangirls in which they proceed to waste endless amounts of time ogling, discussing/arguing, stalking, etc. the object of their "affection"

Well, let's make this an equal opportunity definition. Fangirling actually applies to boys, too. (What, you think male fans don't spazz? They can be worse!)
Back in the day, as my mother used to say, watching a concert entails buying a ticket with friends, setting aside a schedule, getting dressed up in presentable but comfortable clothes, watching the actual concert, and having dinner afterwards. That was before fangirling days.
This trilogy is an account, from three (or more) point of views, of what may be one of the most elaborate, expensive fangirling in the lives of five people. It is based on actual events, but again, this is a fan FICTION, so, keep an open mind.
The first story, SERENDIPITY, is Clare's story.
The second, CURIOSITY, is LeeYan's story.
The third, IRONY, is Yiuhan's story.
The stories will be posted simultaneously and we hope you'll read and support all three.
Foreword
Curiosity : something that is unusual, interesting and fairly rare.
LeeYan is your typical head of the family guy, his life revolves around his work and his family, but come his rest day from work he likes to spend most of it with his friends, Clare, Janine, Shinyiuhan and Jaja. They love to spazz over anything there is about their favorite KPop group Super Junior.
He started to like Super Junior last quarter of 2009. He heard about the group from his cousins but, being the eldest among them, he didn’t really give any interest on them, until he saw the video of Sorry Sorry. As a dancer he immediately liked the video and began to research almost everything about them.
“Damn, this boys can not only dance they can also sing as well, they are not just your typical good looking Korean guys. They are the total package; they have DJs stage and screen actors and even models.”
Months have past and he became busy with work once again, he actually didn’t have time to think about Super Junior anymore. He was so tired with work that he planned on quitting. He needed something to look forward to. He then liked watching KDramas and was immediately hooked with “He’s Beautiful”. Because of the show, he met Clare, who introduced him to Janine.
Janine was such a KPop addict that she reminded LeeYan of his fondness with Super Junior. They then started to talk about them and it reminded him of the concert he missed early 2010. He promised himself he would not miss the next one. He then began to make plans with Clare and Janine on what to do the next time Super Junior would have a show in the Philippines. They meet up every week and talked on the phone everyday. Even during his breaks, he would take time to call Clare and Janine just to confirm the plans for the coming days. Janine also influenced LeeYan to write his own fanfic starring the boys of Super Junior : DECISION.
During the course of time they were then joined by Shinyiuhan and Jaja. LeeYan met Shinyiuhan thru Clare, whom she co-authored a fic with, and Jaja was one of those girls he had met through his KDrama fandom.
The five of them learned about the next Super Show Manila late 2010; they then began to plan their adventures for the coming months. From ticket reservations, acquiring extra money for the hotel, even learning basic Korean, with high hopes that the stars would agree with them and they would actually meet the boys.
The days went by so quickly it was December 2010; they now have their tickets, reserved a hotel room and they even have enough funds for the upcoming event in two months. Still two months to go but they still feel there are a lot of things to do, tons of work to be done and plenty of researches to make.
