There was darkness, screaming and blood everywhere. He could see nothing but the red drips and streams that flowed over everything and poured out of the pale skin of all the people he cared about. Not knowing what to do he ran and kept running, unaware as to how far he had gone or how long he had been running. The screaming never diminished no matter how far or fast he ran. He could still smell the blood of his friends and innocent people. Then, he suddenly heard her voice. The one he cared for the most, the one he loved. Min Young.

"Stop." she whispered quietly. Nervously. Scared. As if a switch of all his energy had been shut of, his legs immediately stopped and he fell to the ground. He felt tears run down his face and blood beneath his hands and knees. She placed her hand against his cheek, he turned his head. No one was there. He closed his eyes and let the warmth of her unseen hand flow through him. It had the same feeling as before. Before he almost lost her. He stayed in this trance for a while. Embraced by her warmth, blood soaking through his clothes and staining his hands. Then he, all of the sudden, felt his fangs protrude down his mouth and his eyes pound with pulsing red flashes. She pulled her hand away quickly as if she had just been shocked.

"You..." she whispered. He couldn't see her but he could sense that she was terrified. The tattoo on the back of his neck burned as she backed away cautiously.

"Don't..." he said, but she was already running. He could tell because the tattoo's burned even stronger. He felt himself changing. Changing physically. His fangs became longer and sharper. His eyes so red that he swore if they became any brighter they would burst. Changing mentally. The images of his friends were fading in his mind. The memories erasing as if they had never happened. Her face becoming that of a stranger. He stood up and started running after her. He didn't know if it was out of longing or just pure bloodlust. He hoped it wasn't the latter. He could sense her getting nearer. He felt his mouth curve into a smirk. Reaching out, he caught her wrist. She screamed.

"Don't!" she yelled. He smiled sinisterly. The warmth that flowed through his arm from her touch became ice cold.

Then he woke up. Screaming, he sat up and buried his face in his hands. His fangs were normal teeth again and his eyes remained their usual dark brown. He was sweating, his clothes and hair were soaked and he shivered, either from the fear or the cold. After a few moments he removed his hands and looked down at his arm.

"Damn..." he whispered.
