Request Form

Title:

This is just optional. If you have something in mind, just suggest.

Prompt:

Prompts come into different types; songs, words, phrases, pictures or quotes. Prompt basically means something serving to suggest or remind. Thus, you must include a prompt. We won't be accepting requests without a prompt. Why? We will be basing the story from it. The more challenging prompt, the better :)

Genre:

Romance (angst/fluff), horror, fantasy, mystery, psychological...you name it. (Just not . Maybe some intimate scenes)

Short Summary/Plot:

This is also optional. Since we already required you a prompt, it depends if you still want to include a plot. But if you do want a specific plot, just comment it out. 

Characters:

Again, for the last time, we only allow SeoEXO as main characters. BUT, at the same time, we HIGHLY prioritize XiuSeo, BaekSeo, SeoYeol, SeoChen, KyungSeo, SeoTao fics ^^ (If you want to include other characters/couples, put it on the 'others' section)

Others:

Other suggestions, specific things to put in the story, blah blah blah...

Author:

Select from the two authors (Aida and Anne).
 

Here's each of the author's Specialization/Forte so that one would be able to choose accordingly: 
Aida - inspirational, fluff, angst fics
Anne - fantasy, psychological, Tragic fics

*So technically, only the prompt + characters are the necessary ones.
