Description
A/N: Wrote and finished this story waaaaaay back in 2012. Just decided to up this one. Will also do some proof-reading, but the end notes and author notes won't be changed. If you've read some of my stories since I started here in 2011, I wrote this one alongside TOP SPEED.
I think it'll be the first disaster-themed kryber fiction. And yes, from drama, fluff, romance... car-racing... Let's try some sci-fi + disaster genre for our favorite OTP. This is going to be a short one so no need to worry. About TOP SPEED, eherm... I'll start writing again later. hahaha.

Disclaimer: Most of the facts stated came from research. I read my father's old textbooks (he's a geologist), some of my textbooks (I took up BS Biology as a pre-med), internet (I made sure that the sources are legit), some journals (scientific journals are posted in the internet nowadays, some are accessible for FREE), and NatGeo (whenever I watch TV, it's mostly in NatGeo channel, History channel, TVN or KBS World ;P).
Foreword
It's supposed to be the great escape for Krystal and her friends after finally graduating from college. Their destination, a remote island in the pacific that is in the border of Korea's territory. They are supposed to stay in the Choi's resort in the island.
Meanwhile, in the same island, two scientists were interested in their recent findings. Yoo Jaesuk, a professor of Geology in Seoul National University, is working with his research assistant and student Amber Liu, who's also taking her PhD already. Jaesuk found some interesting patterns in Jeju that led them all the way to Kipuka Is. to continue their research there.
Unknown to them, the small island offers big surprises from them, things that they never expected to happen.
