Yet So Far
Description
They were so close.
They're so close that Kyungsoo would stay up all night, till the sun shines just for the sake of a sick Jongin.
They're so close that Jongin had actually quit smoking and drinking too much when Kyungsoo asked him to.
They're so close that being teased by the other members almost felt like breathing; it's normal.
They're so close that getting paired up as a couple by the fans was no different and not so awkward to deal with anymore.
Yet they were so far away from each other....
Yet there was still that utterly stupid barrier separating the two of them.
Yet.. Jongin couldn't have Kyungsoo; couldn't hold Kyungsoo in his arms...and call him his.
Foreword
“Shut up. You’re not one who’s in a long distance relationship.”
“Heh,” was all Jongin could reply as a smug grin made its way onto his face. He looked at Kyungsoo, who was eating quietly by his side, a bothered expression on his face.
Jongin’s grin faded away, he knew the reason behind that uneasy face. He knew it too well, and he didn’t want to hear it once again. It stung just like the first time Kyungsoo’s said it.
“Jongin and I are not….in a relationship, hyung.” Kyungsoo muttered to himself as he shifted his gaze from Luhan to the floor, completely aware of Jongin’s gaze on him.
“We’re just best friends,” he said, only adding another crack to his dongsaeng's heart.
It stung. It felt like a buldozzer just stomped on his poor heart millions of times. It hurt like...
No, the pain was indescribable. It cannot be described into words. All Jongin knew was that it stung and it hurt.
“He’s right. We’re just….best friends.”
A/N: I wasn't planning on putting up an author's note here but I dunno. -.-
So this is a sequel from a SuLay shortfic I've finished like a week or two ago. This one is going to be focusing on Kaisoo and the complications of....basically everything about them. XD
