Kris chuckled to himself. 

‘After that…we became close and soon turned into something more.’

“Good times…”

“What good times dad?”

Kris turned to see Yitao who was walking up towards him. 

“What is that? A headband?”

Kris nodded. 

“Yes it is. A panda eared headband.” 

He placed it on Yitao’s head. 

“Ha, you look adorable. Just like a panda.”

Yitao scoffed and took it off. 

“Is it mama’s?”

Kris nodded and on cue, Tao entered the room. 

“Still can’t find it? It is okay, I’ll just have some water.”

Kris shook his head. 

“I got distracted. And I found this.” 

He grabbed the headband from Yitao. Tao smiled.

“So.” Kris started. “You kept it?”

Tao crossed his arms.

“Of course I kept it! It is my favorite!”

He took the headband from Kris’ hands and placed it on his head. He gave a cute tilt to the right. Kris and Yitao chuckled. Kris stood up and stood before Tao. He wrapped his arms around his waist and placed his head on Tao’s so their foreheads touched. 

“I love you. I swear to you that I will protect you and Yitao. I would die if I lost both of you. Promise, I will protect you both.”

Tao chuckled and wrapped his arms around Kris’ neck.

“Unless I kick them in the first.”

Kris puffed his cheeks and pouted. Tao chuckled and placed a kiss on Kris’ lips. They heard someone faked vomit.

“Gross.” Yitao looked away.

Both Kris and Tao chuckled and walked over to Yitao. Kris picked up Yitao with ease and both parents placed a kiss on their son’s cheeks. 

“YAH!” Yitao yelled. “Big boys don’t get kisses! Gross!!” 

Yitao’s parents started to laugh. Yitao rolled his eyes. 

“Mama did dad make that headband?”

Tao nodded.

“Yes he did.”

“Why? Was it for like…I dunno y time or something?”

Both Tao and Kris blushed.

“W-what? Did you say y time?!” Kris asked his son. Yitao nodded.

“You know y time.”

Tao pinched the bridge of his nose.

“Who did you learn that from.”

“Uncle.”

“Which?”

“Uncle Kai.”

“Don’t listen to your uncle Kai anymore.”
