I traced a heart on his chest. Then a bigger one on his torso, where the rib cage was.

I took the last gummy worm out of the bag and began my work. Faster then last time, since it was about 4:30 and the sun would be rising in due time.

One cut. The body sends messages through the nerves to the brain telling it that it is being attacked, sending pain as a result. A classic biology lesson, don't forget it. haha.

Two cuts, three cuts. A few more should do-

"Stop er! STOP!" He screamed at me. A scream that I had never heard in all my years of experience. Not once. And I had done this since I was 16 mind you.

Even someone like me had to admit those were nasty cuts on his skin. Maybe I had gone to deep into his flesh. His arms were covering in scabs that had formed or were still oozing blood. His chest was freshly opened in the shape of a heart.

I scoffed at him, "Why? You a baby? Are you gonna confess know?"

His nose began to bleed to. Damn. I was probably gonna need to go to a blood bank for this kid.

His fists clenched, which meant I had less then an hour. Either confess, wipe memory out, jail.

Or.....Kill him. I hadn't resolved to that option much since most gave in. But this one had a strong spirit.

"Who the hell are you? Kidnapping me, torturing me? Making me confess about I don't even know!"

I made one more cut onto his skin. His eye twitched.

"You wanna know who I am? JiYeon. Thats what everyone calls me. 23. I am a nurse. Kind of. Single. I clean up the mess the cops leave behind. Catch criminals like you, who've-"

"I am NOT a ing criminal. So how about letting me go?!?!"

I waggled my finger at him, "Its not an option for me to give in."

"You ." He spat.

My eyes narrowed. "You've had it much better then the last . Don't give me that ."

I punched him, with my rings on. Knocking him out once more. Giving him a black, bloodied eye. And giving me a bloody ring.

I returned to my work. Carving onto flesh is creepy as hell, only to those who have never had it done to them.

I decided against doing something. Something I would regret in 2 and a half days.
