Synopsis - -
Being the daughter of a felon and a con artist isn't something to be very proud of... And of course Lee Runa would know this firsthand. Runa's a Korean American girl who grew up in the States and was always forced to live in one city to another... Until finally she's given one last hope of a normal life in South Korea with her Grandparents.
Unfortunately, normalcy didn't last long since the entire city somehow found out about her not-so-innocent background. She's then shoved into the lowest part of the social ladder; the complete outcast who's often accused of petty crimes her peers claim.
It's now her second year in college and enter Kim JaeJoong, a "pretty faced" new guy who randomly goes up to her and asks for directions to the administration office. Seeing that he's new, she decides to tell him and that's the end of that... Or so she thought.
Once again Runa's accused of stealing a student's overly expensive posession; but out of nowhere, JaeJoong suddenly stands up and defends her... Surprising not only the entire classroom, but Runa herself...
Unintentionally, Kim JaeJoong just became the sneaky thief who stole Lee Runa's heart! But like hell does she plan on telling him that anytime soon.

Hello everyone and welcome to my second Jae/OC pairing project! I kinda got this idea thanks to one of my favorite Tdramas My Lucky Star, but I'll make sure to strive away from that plot. I just found the concept of the girl being a con artist or some sort of petty criminal to be hilarious and fun to write about. However, I won't be working on this story until after I finish Ambiguous Love Affair. But I just wanted to get this idea started before I forget. So yeah, please enjoy this story and reviews/comments are always welcomed!
UPDATE: Last minute inspiration; picture (again) and title change! But the plot still remains as it is...

“You know, you just killed your chances of becoming popular,” she casually muttered as she leaned against the side wall. A small chuckle vibrated from his throat as he placed his hands against the chain linked fence and gripped it loosely.
“I didn't really have the intention of becoming popular anyway,” he confessed, still holding onto the fence and turning to her, “Why do you admit it when you flat out know that you didn't do it?”
“Regardless if I admit to it or not, the results are always going to be the same,” she explained as she pushed herself from the wall and walked up to him. Once they were merely centimeters away from one another, she then flashed him a rather coy smirk, “You know what they say... Once a thief, always a thief.”
Staring down at her, he merely watched as she lifted her hand and found his black wallet within her grasps. Upon seeing this, he snorted, “So you are a pickpocket.”
Runa laughed lightly as she gently took the closest hand to her and placed his black wallet on top of it, “I know how to pickpocket, but that doesn't mean I am one.”
