The smell of fresh ground coffee beans straight from Colombia filled the coffee shop; everyone was excited for Fall has just begun and a new delivery of coffee beans has just arrived. Cafe La Belle; a newly opened coffee shop that served only the best coffees and lattes in Seoul. The barista, a handsome teenage boy with milky white skin and dark hair with side-swept bangs, pulled out a tray of freshly baked chocolate croissants; one of the many delicious pastries that the shop has to offer. Some came for the hot coffee, while others came for the cute baristas while one girl came to relax; her long blonde hair was tied in a messy ponytail and wrapped around her neck was a silk scarf that she bought at a vintage shop. Her floral print dress covered her milky thighs and knees and her peach wool coat kept her warm from the chilly wind of Fall. Reaching inside her purse, she pulled out an envelope and stared at it; the envelope that was once white in color now had coffee stains on it. It was a habit of hers to place her coffee mug on top of something; whether it be a coaster or in this case, the envelope. The young girl pulled the letter out of the envelope and unfolded the paper; a picture fell on her lap and she picked it up. It was a picture of her and a boy; her fair skin clashed with the boy's chocolate-colored skin. Althought she had a tall physique, she was still shorter than the boy next to her; at first glance, you would think that they were both models with their long limbs and sharp jaws. She placed the photo back inside the envelope and read the letter.

Im Jinah, it said, she already knew what the letter was about but she loved reading it over and over again. Before anything else, I want to say that I love you. I love every single thing about you; your smile, the face that you would make whenever I kissed your nose, your fingers and how they perfectly fit between the spaces of mine. A breeze blew through the street, causing her grip on the letter to tighten. Using her free hand, she grabbed her cup and took a sip of her coffee; black with two sugars and three creams. Every time the shop's door would open, she could hear the customers' voices and somehow, it annoyed her; that was the reason why she stayed outside, she never liked the loud chattering or the loud music. She liked it better outside; the calming sound of the wind was soothing to the ears. Shaking her head, she focused on the letter once again; I don't know how you did it, but you changed me. I know, I know, you hate anything cheesy but it's true; after I met you, everything changed. I became a better person, thanks to you. Jinah bit her lower lip to stop herself from smiling; her cheeks felt warm so she had to adjust her scarf. We've been together for almost three years and it has been the best three years of my life. I don't really know what else to say so.. Jinah chuckled as she could imagine her boyfriend scratch his head; Just remember, I love you so much and you're the only one for me. Unlike Jinah, it was hard for her boyfriend to express how he felt; she folded the piece of paper and placed it back inside the envelope. "Hey, babe." She heard him say; his voice was deep and it did not match his adorable face, at all. Jinah stood up, smoothing her peach coat and straightened her dress then slipped the envelope back inside her purse; she turned around and faced the boy, who was smirking at her. "Baby," she pouted and slung the strap over her shoulder, "I missed you."
