A gentle tapping sound emanated throughout the hotel room as Jaejoong typed away at his laptop, humming at random intervals to fill the silence. Sighing softly he leaned back and rubbed his eyes, closing over the laptop he got up and made his way over to the bed. A small beep caused him to tear his hand away from rubbing his eyes and reach for his phone, the screen jumped to life as he saw a new message.

Look outside....

Smiling and shaking his head he made his way over to the window, pulling back the curtains and sitting comfortably on the windowsill he dialled the number that took up most of his call history with a practiced hand. Pulling the phone up to his ear he traced the outline of the bright moon with his fingers.

Soft singing filled the hotel room halfway across the country, but it was instantly silenced as the phone was hurriedly snatched up by its owner.

“Hello...” Yunho panted out of breath, having just run from the opposite side of the room and tripping over the chair in the process. Straightening up his face lit up as he heard a soft tinkling laugh come down the line.

“Did you lose your phone again?” Jaejoong asked amusedly, honestly Yunho was completely useless without him, there was only so much Changmin could do after all.

 “No...i was just across the room....” Yunho pouted into the phone even though Jaejoong couldn’t see him.

“But you just sent me a text, why go across the room when you knew I was going to call you right back?” Jaejoong smiled making shapes in the air with his free hand. At this Yunho had nothing to say, scratching his head he just laughed

“I guess I’m no good without you eh?” striding over to the window he mirrored Jaejoong’s position.

“...Yeah...” his hands fell as he stared at the moon, his mind wandering miles away. “Don’t you think the moon is really nice tonight?” he whispered softly, as if afraid they would be heard.

“Honestly? I prefer looking at you” Yunho smirked into his laugh and lightened at the sound of Jaejoong laughing back, he had sounded dangerously close to being upset and as far as he was concerned Jaejoong had been upset for long enough. He hadn’t been able to protect him but he could ensure his happiness, and make sure that he always smiled. A soft graceful smile  that made him look more angel than man, many times Yunho had wondered how someone could look so extraordinary, if there was anything that he treasured more than
