I stopped walking and slowly turned around

"Yuri? "

* beep*

I looked at the monitor to see what's wrong ...... Her heart was still beating I cried tears of joy and smiled

" NURSE!!! " I yelled out.

The nurse and the doctor came in while I was still holding Yuri hand.

Thank goodness.......

It's been now 5 months since that incident... And Yuri hasn't woken up. But each day after school me and the others would comme daily to talk to her even though we wouldnt get any respose. as each day goes by their was at least one person that stopped coming to the hospital, then 2, then 3, then suddenly only one person always went to the hospital............me

everyone stopped beliving that yuri would open her eyes, soon i started to stop beliving that as well.  

its december the 5th and everyone was busy since school has ended. did you know that there are finally new couples like

taeyeon dated leeteuk for 2 months, tiffany and siwon have dated for 1 month, hyoyeon and eunhyuk are dating, sooyoug and ryeowook, seohyun and kyuhyun, sunny and sungnim, jessica and heechul and i think yoona is dating this guy called taecyeon in america.

the nurse came in to check in.

" i noticed that your girlfriends birthday is today... have you figured out what to get her? " the nurse asked and walked away

i didnt know that it was her birthday. i couldnt think what to bring her...... then ....

( 3 hours later )

" we're here!! " suju and snsd said while bringing party stuff. they all said happy birthday and bringed in presents.

it was now evening and we brought in the birthday cake and started singing happy birthday. since yuri wasnt awake we all blowed the candles for her.... it became silent...

" remember 5 months ago yuri... ... i was just another high school student that never experience the feeling of love..... after i meet you... i finally did..... im happy that your still alive and even if you don't wake up..i-i'll always be with you... and i will always love you........... but... i got a scholorship to go to america... and its gonna be about 7 months so i can't see you...."

i started to cry. the others copied me

" i have to leave......... in 5 days..... and since its soon i have to pack up all my things which means.... this is my goodbye to you...."

i was sobbing " i love you goodbye............."

we all started to leave until......

" dong....hae......" we heard. " y-y-yuri? "  we looked back to yuri. she slowly opened her eyes and turned her head

" YURI!!! " we ran to her and gave her a hug.

" welcome back yuri!!" we smiled happily but yuri had a blank expression

" who......who are you? ....."

spoiler. after yuri gets dicharged from the hospital, donghae goes to america with yuri giving him a kiss goodbye..... but after he left.... yuri had a sudden pain in her stomach and started to become nauseous.................
