Jessica kicked a stone. It slid across the ground before running into another rock; causing the latter to fall into a minuscule ditch. She thought back to a certain mushroom. 

"Just like us, huh?" She picked up the now cracked stone; rubbing it gently. It broke apart, slipping from her fingers. She smiled bitterly.

"Yup... just like us."
