Befor letting you fill up the form, please be informed about our RULES & REGULATION.

- We  LOVED to be credited. Make sure you do 'cause it's not easy for us to make posters.

- Make sure to USE our posters, profile DP for at least a month.

- You MUST tell us immidiately (withing 3 days) if you're planning to cancel your requests. Or simply PM  me. 

- Do LEAVE a comment after you requested. 

- Images must be HD.

- Allow us to change picture/s if it doesn't suit the poster. 

- Do not rush ME! I can finish your poster in 1-7 days DEPENDING on my schedule and numbers of REQUESTERS.

- Do not request to the OTHER SHOPS if you are planning to request here. 

-Maximum of 5 CHARACTERS on each poster. 

- I'm quite  SLOW. Please be patient.

- We're on a FIRST COME - FIRST SERVE BASIS.

- MUST TYPE, 'SPARKLE REQUEST!' on the NOTE BOX (at the near end of the form) just to know if you're reading this.

- Review request takes a WEEK to be finished. Depending on how long the story goes.
