''Darker hair''
As some of you already know, this year especially in k-pop A LOT of Koreans tend to dye their hair darker not lighter.
This new look makes them look a lot ''darker/mysterious'' and ier.
This also makes them look more natural when Koreans often has darkbrown/black hair naturally.

''Lifting''
This year overall, not only in Korea have been a whole ''workout'' year. Many top bloggers and famous singers have started to work out with weights.
Instead of just being ''thin'' and skinny now days i see more and more Koreans work out to become fit and toned.
Big trends in Korea before have just been for females to be really stick-thin but even to Korea the trend of being fit have arrived.

''More western look''
One thing i also see a lot in Korea, especially from my Korean friends is their fashion.
Many people know about the ''typical'' K-fashion trend and how the clothes ''look'' like but in 2014 i've seen a lot more Koreans that dress
more ''international''/western. 
For fashion the hiphop look in Korea is also very popular now days.
