With what seems that gangs are taking over, the police begin fighting back, trying to keep the people of Seoul, Korea safe and out of harms way. Two gangs know as the Midnight Dragons and Black Thunder are the only gangs that the police cannot get their hands on.

 

A child gets mixed up with the gangs, but the police don't realise that the child was always mixed in with the gangs. Officer Bang tries to find out the connection and how to get rid of the Midnight Dragons and Black Thunder. The connection just seemed to never appear, but what he doesn't realise is that the connection was right under his nose all along.
