EXTRACT
Tao gave the blond a small, disapproving look before making a tutting noise and reached over to grab the box of chocolate for himself.
"Well, fine then. I can taste the samples myself." He mumbled, prying off one of the delicious-looking chocolates from the tray and putting it in his mouth slowly. It was only mere milimeters away from his lips, when an abrupt hand shot up to grip his wrist to a halt. Tao, absolutely startled to death by the sudden contact, and presuming he's on the brink of a rough road trip to Valhalla , turned rigidly to his of a roommate with an inquiring eyebrow.
The hell have I done now?
"What?"
No reply. The younger tried to ponder if he somehow manage to twist the imaginary Eifel Tower that's stuck up Kris' at the time being.
“Kris--”
But before he could finish, the taller and elder man leaned dangerously close, enough so that Tao could feel his hot breath fanning his fairly warm face. The piercing gaze Kris was sporting had the younger rooted on his seat, and as much as he wanted to stand up and run a bloody marathon; he was mesmerised and absolutely captivated by the sharp, brown orbs of the latter. Never had he looked at him with a mysterious glint in his eyes that had his entire body experience an electric current course through. Whatever what Kris was doing, Tao did not like it or hate it. He loved it.
Shifting uncomfortably, he cleared his throat in attempts to communicate with the blond before him instead. He could wushu his way free, but he stayed under Kris’ firm grip.
“What are you doing?” His voice faltered slightly as the blond turned his wrist slowly, and Tao knew immediately what was coming straight afterwards. Kris, being the sly and awesome dickhead he is, opened his mouth and gently took the chocolate with his lips. Tao widened his eyes in disbelief, and slight embarrassment as heat travelled to his cheeks – watching the elder chew his sample chocolates slowly and feeling like a ert whilst doing so.
Eventually, Kris' voice filled the silence of the room, deep and heavy.
A strange and complimenting contrast to his handsome features, Tao thought.
“...It’s good.”
