The next day, early in the morning tiffany decided to sit at a bench outside the hospital to have some fresh air, she watch the butterflies freely fly from one flower to another.

*I wish I could really find the butterfly fairy and have a chance to catch it… Aish! the butterfly fairy is making me crazy!* She thought as she lightly knock her head

“Their beautiful aren't they?” An old woman sits beside her while looking also at the butterflies, tiffany face her and nodded with a smile

“But the butterfly fairy is way more beautiful than those ordinary butterfly” The old lady said which made tiffany look at her curiously

“How do you know that the butterfly fairy is beautiful than those butterflies, have you seen it already?” Tiffany ask while the old lady nodded with a out taking her eyes out of the flying butterflies

“Yes, I've seen her with my own eyes” the old lady said and smiled at tiffany

“Y-you’ve seen her? H-how? W-where?”

“Easy young lady, I didn’t know that you're that too willing to see the butterfly fairy” the old lady chuckled at the reaction of the young girl

“I really wanted to see the butterfly fairy and catch it because I want to have a wish… A wish that is really hard to fulfill” tiffany said sincerely with a hint of sadness in her eyes which the old lady notice

“I see you're really desperate to see her”

“Yes I am, so please tell me where I can find her”

“I'm sorry young lady but I can’t answer that”

“B-but why?”

“Because me too don’t know where I can find her here in this world”

“But didn’t you said you’ve seen the butterfly fairy already?”

“Yes I did, there is no exact place where the butterfly fairy is, let’s just say that she's in the unrealistic world or in your own world”

“I-I don’t understand”

“I know it’s hard to understand, but I'm sure that she will give you a chance to see her” The old lady said before she stand up and was about to leave tiffany

“Wait” tiffany tried to stop her, the old lady stop and face her

“Oh I forgot to tell you something, you should always remember… in every wish there's always a sacrifice” the old lady said before she leave tiffany

“Wait I still have lots of questions to ask-” tiffany tried to stop her again but stop when someone called her

“TIFFANY~!” Tiffany looks at her moms waving their hand and takes a glance at the old lady again but she was already gone. Tiffany sighs and went towards her parent’s direction

“Fany-ah how’s Taeyeon?” Jessica ask her daughter

“Still the same omma, lying at her bed weakly she can’t even move properly now” Tiffany replied sadly

“Don’t be too sad Fany-ah, Taeyeon wouldn’t like to see you sad” Yuri said and patted her daughters back

“I think we should go now Sunny and Sooyoung are waiting for us already” Jessica said and they enter the hospital and went to Taeyeon's room

Taeyeon's POV

Me and tiffany were sitting at the grass where there are lots of flower and butterflies surrounding us, we were so happy and I can’t feel any pain I'm not even sitting at a wheelchair, I feel so fully heal and feels like I didn’t have a disease. We were laughing and smiling together while teasing and sharing stories… but everything has suddenly change tiffany was leaving me, we have our eyes full of tears and slowly tiffany was parting apart from me I tried to chase her, I run to her I reach my hand to her but I cant there something stop me from reaching her… No! Tiffany! Don’t go! Don’t leave me here! Tiffany~!

“Taeyeon~!”

“Taeyeon~! Taeyeon~ wake up!” I heard someone calling me, I open my eyes and saw the angel in front of me, but her eyes was filled with tears

“Taeyeon are you okay?” She hugs me and she's here… Tiffany is here… And I'm still here at my hospital bed… it’s just all a dream… a dream… I smiled and hug her back and I cry

“Tiffany, Please don’t leave me…”I unconsciously murmured while hugging her and crying

Tiffany’s POV

My parents stay outside of Taeyeon's room with Sunny omma and Sooyoung omma, they decided to stay outside since they don’t want to wake up Taeyeon. I enter her room and saw her body lightly shift from left to right and I also hear her mumble my name. I become worried and tears unconsciously filled my eyes, I shook her body trying to wake her up, then little by little I can see that her lashes fluttering, signs that she's trying to open her eyes. When she's fully awake I hug her and I cry again then I heard her mumble something

“Tiffany, please don’t leave me…” she hug me back and cry, I was curious at what she said, why would I leave her, I should be the one who said that

“I won’t, I will not leave you... I promise”

The day quickly past and it’s already night my parents are still here with me with Taeyeon’s parents. I was watching Taeyeon who's sleeping peacefully. She become sleepy head this past days I don’t know why but there's something inside of me like she was going to leave me very soon… which I'm scared of.

Authors POV

It was already night when tiffany’s family decided to went home. She take a quick shower and went to her room, she sit at her bed and dried her hair. After drying she quickly plopped her tired body on her bed, she look at the phone and its 9pm she feels weird, her body is already tired but she can’t sleep, every time she close her eyes the old lady’s voice rung into her head. “Unrealistic world or in your own world” “I've seen her with my own eyes” “in every wish there's always a sacrifice”

“Aish! I can’t sleep! Why does her voice echoed inside my head right now?” Tiffany frustratedly sit at her bed, when she was about to slouch again a crash was heard beside her bed. She look at it and it’s her and Taeyeon's picture she framed beside her bed, glass were scattered every where.

“Taeyeon…” Tiffany mumbled and quickly got up as she grab her jacket and key, she quickly went outside of her room and went to her car and drive to the hospital where Taeyeon is.

*Why do I feel some things bad going to happen… please don’t let Taeyeon die right now…I'm still not ready…* Tiffany thought while driving to the hospital

Sunny’s POV

I'm sitting beside my weak daughter and tears filled my eyes, I'm a useless mother I can’t even help my own daughter, Sooyoung hug me and tried to comfort me

 “Tiffany…” I heard Taeyeon’s weak voice

“Taeyeon-ah do you need something?”

“Tiffany… where’s fany…”

“She just got home do you want me to call her?”

“I want to see tiffany… AHHHHHHHH~” Taeyeon wince in pain again but its different now she already look so weak and anytime soon her body looks like to collapse, Sooyoung quickly run outside to call the doctor I stayed beside her and hold her hands

“Just wait Taeyeon ah Sooyoung already called the doctor” I said and tears fall from my eyes I can’t take it anymore seeing my daughter like this is the most hurtful thing ever

“Ahhh…it hurts omma help me… ahhh -cough- ahhh” she clutch he stomach and cough a blood

“Taeyeon ah just wait please… don’t give up” I grab a tissues to wiped the blood from Taeyeon but it spilling too much and I cried so much harder

“omma… ahh -cough- tiffany…where’s fany…ahh” she manage to say and the doctors come inside and held her, while Sooyoung grab me and drag me outside thee room while crying

I took my phone and quickly dialed tiffany

“Tiffany please quickly come here at the hospital Taeyeon needs you” I manage to say while sobbing

“Sunny omma… what happened? How’s Taeyeon?”

“Just quickly come here… Taeyeon is dying” I said and burst into cry

She didn’t answer and all I hear was a loud crash on the other line of the phone

 “Tiffany?! Tiffany?! Tiffany?!” she did not answer and I feel more worried
