"KNOCK, KNOCK, KNOCK." MinHo and Suzy both looked towards the front door. "Aish, why now.” Minho muttered. "KNOCK,
KNOCK, KNOCK." MinHo got out of his seat and frantically moved to the door. He suddenly stopped then turned to Suzy.
"Stay here, and please try not to make any noise." Suzy shook her head and watched as MinHo closed the room door.
MinHo rushed to the front door and opened it. "Congrats!" JoongKi smiled as he raised a bottle of Soju then walked into the
apartment. "Dad said he couldn't make it because he has to work late. He said seeing the confused look on MinHo's face.
"How is Abeonim." MinHo asked He is fine he really wanted to come visit, but he couldn't. He wanted us to go have
breakfast with him tomorrow. JoongKi slowly looked around the apartment. "It didn't change much." JoongKi started "How
is my room? He said heading towards the room Suzy was in. Suzy who had been listening at the door back up quickly and
began looking for a place to hide. MinHo hurriedly crossed in front of him and blocked the door off. "Hyung don't go in
there." He choked out. "Wae" "Because....... the washer broke... and I threw all my dirty clothes in your room so I would
have space in mine." MinHo lied. "uh." JoongKi said disappointedly as he turned and went to the living room. MinHo in
return headed towards the kitchen to grab two classes. He entered the living room and sat down and put the classes on
the table. JoongKi opened the bottle while the two began to chat. "Has he come by lately." JoongKi started MinHo instantly
knew who His brother was referring to. "No." MinHo answered shortly. "Have you told him the news." JoongKi continued
"No." MinHo replied after taking a sip. "You should probably say something to him about it before..." "Hyung can we change
the subject." MinHo interrupted. JoongKi sighed understanding MinHo. "Well, what about the situation with Suzy?" JoongKi
said. "Huh." MinHo was shocked by JoongKi suddenly bringing up Suzy. "What about her?" "I already know what happened.
I already know what happened, no use in playing dumb." JoongKi continued. "All she did was kiss you, don't be to hard on
her." "Oh." A flustered MinHo replied. The two continued to chat and catch up, an hour later JoongKi was ready to leave. He
put his jacket on and went to the door. "Don't forget tomorrow." "I know I know Said MinHo. The two brothers said their
goodbyes and parted ways. MinHo closed the door and rushed into the room to check on Suzy. MinHo entered the room but
Suzy was nowhere to be seen. "Aish, where did she go." Said MinHo "Yah, Suzy ah come out. MinHo looked around the
room, he opened the closet door and found Suzy asleep. He picked her up into his arms and then tucked her into the bed.
MinHo sat and studied Suzy's face. He uncovered her face by pushing her hair aside. MinHo began to smile, "When she's
like this it's hard to tell how troublesome she is." He thought to himself . MinHo got up and went to his room and closed the
door. While changing his clothes he began to look at the door. He was having thoughts about Suzy sneaking into his room
while he was sleeping. Unsure whether it was the soju of if he really believed she would, MinHo shook of his thoughts and
locked the door. The next morning the suns rays woke Suzy as the seeped through the curtains. She was surprised she
wasn't still asleep in the closet. In fact she didn't remember climbing into the bed last night. She surveyed the room and
saw a towel and wash cloth, along with a school uniform and under clothes. She smiled at the thought of MinHo's
consideration. Suzy stepped out the shower and quickly dressed herself for school. She entered the living room to find no
one there, but there was a note on the table that read. *We'll talk later." Suzy folded the note the hurried out the front door
and made her way to school. In an empty room a man opened a the door and entered the room. "Su..." he started before
looking around. It was Suzy's fathered forgetting she left home last night. He stood in place while turning and looking
around the room. He felt a little disappointed that she hadn't returned yet. Though he wasn't willing to admit it to himself he
was beginning to miss her. He left the room and closed the door, when he was suddenly surprised by his wife. "What were
you doing?" she questioned. "Uh... nothing I was just making sure she didn't take anything with her." Director Bae lied. "I
have to get to work." He said while clearing his throat trying to quickly get out of the situation. His wife let out a puff of air
knowing her husband was lying and he walked past. MinHo and JoongKi reached a medium sized house and knocked on
the door. It swung open to reveal an older middle aged man.He was tall and skinny with glasses and a well kept
appearance. "MinHo ah congratulations." the man said. "Thank you Abeonim." MinHo replied. as he hugged his father. "I
thought you had two sons?" JoongKi joked about his lack of attention. "The only time you come and see me when you want
something, or I make you." Their father answered. "Ah yeh about that, I have to leave early if I want to make it to the school
in time." JoongKi replied. "Hyung, we just arrived." "Yeh I only came to make sure you would be here." "Go go." Their father
said " "You'll just have to come to dinner for the next two weeks." Their father said while putting his hand on MInHo's back
and leading him inside. MinHo walked into the house with his father, "Nothing has changed much." MinHo thought to
himself. He cruised around the living room smiling as he saw old photos of both him and JoongKi. He stopped in his track
when he came to the picture of a beautiful women. His smile slowly faded as he was lost in thought while looking at the
picture. MinHo saw himself as a little kid holding the women’s hand. The wind blew through the strands of her hair the hung
below her straw hat. She looked down at him with a kind smile. "You still miss her." His father said approaching MinHo.
MinHo snapped out of the memory of his mother. "Ah yeh." he choked out. "I just wish me and that guy could have done
more for her." His father continued. "How is SukHwan ssi." "He's fine." MinHo quickly said. "When..." "Abeonim is the food
done." MinHo said while rubbing his stomach and sitting at the table. "Ah yeh." After eating MinHo said his goodbyes to his
father and left for the set. As he walked out the door he received a text. *MinHo ah, work hard today :) ChaeWon* He
couldn't help but smile at her random text. He continued on his way until he reached the set. The first person he saw was
Director Bae who was on the phone.
*Phone Conversation*
Director Bae: One more thing what happened did the school call?
Suzy's Mom: No, why?
Director Bae: I was just wondering if they called.
Suzy's Mom: Why?
Director Bae: Uh I think they wanted me to check on something. I can't quite remember. (Trying to lie convincingly)
Suzy's Mom: Huh, you think you could be a little more obvious.
Director Bae: About what?, it doesn't matter I have to go, see you later.
*Phone Conversation*
Director Bae hung up the phone and proceeded to talk with MinHo. "Today I just want to match you up with some actresses.
We want to find one who has good chemistry with you and can also deliver a good performance. Come follow me to the
table." "Yeh." Meanwhile at Suzy's school she was in class when there was a knock at the door. The teacher opened it and
it was Suzy's mother. The teacher let Suzy out of class to speak with her mother. After the door clothes and both where
outside Suzy's Mother gave her a giant hug. "Are you okay." her mother said, finally releasing Suzy and staring at her
intensely. "I'm fine." Suzy replied, trying to ease her mother's worries. "I just wanted to check and make sure you are
coming to school. Where are you staying." "At a friends house." Suzy answered. "Okay just give it a few days until your
father calms down." "Yeh. can you bring me some clothes." "I will bring them by later." Suzy's mother reassured her. Suzy
went back into her class and was questioned by her friends. "What was that about." Whispered JiYoung. "I'll tell you later."
Suzy replied. After school Suzy sat with her friends on the bleacher near the track field. She slowly explained the situation
to them. "Why didn't you call me!' NaEun cried out. "I wanted to be somewhere they wouldn't find me." Suzy said
apologetically. "So where are you staying now?" JiYoung asked while placing her hand on Suzy's shoulder. "With a friend."
Suzy answers vaguely. Both NaEun and JiYoung shot each other a puzzled look, then back at Suzy. 'What friend they asked
simultaneously. 'A friend I knew back in middle school." Suzy stuttered. Her two best friends gave her a suspicious look.
She knew they didn't believe , and decided to leave before they press any harder. The last thing she needed was for her
parents to find out she was staying with MinHo. So she resolved to tell no one her parents knew. "I have to get going now."
she said standing. She hugged her friends and made her way to MinHo's house. Upon reaching the house she knocked on
the door but there was no answer. Suzy began t around . It was her first time actually getting a good look at the apartment.
It seemed to be pretty nice size for a poor college kid to afford. Suzy walked back towards the street to and wait for MinHo.
She sat for a while when a car suddenly pulled up. She watched as the car park across the street then just sat there. It was
a luxuries black Benz with tinted windows. she was wondering what it was doing over here. 30 minutes later MinHo hadn't
arrived yet and was still sitting there. The car's engine sprang to life as it began to drive a short ways up the street before
making a u-turn and parking in front of Suzy. Her eyes widened as she was shocked by the cars sudden action. She stood
up to take a few steps back when the back window slowly slid down to reveal the face of and older looking man. He looked
old enough to before her father. There was something about the man that was vaguely familiar about him. "Excuse me."
His deep voice pierced the air. Meanwhile MinHo just Wrapped up today’s casting call. The directors decided to go with Son
EunSeo to play the female lead Choi SooJeon. "Director Bae approached MinHo. "You can take tomorrow off, as will finish
off the rest of the casting ourselves. The time to start working and putting this thing together is still some months off. Yet
you still have allot of work today. We are going to start getting your face and name out there. So we are looking into some
Cf and other modeling contracts for you." "Yes sir." MinHo grinned from ear to ear. "Director Bae returned the smile back
and handed him an envelope. "It's a little early but , take it. MinHo looked confused, unsure of what he was holding. "It's an
advance!" Director Bae continued. MinHo's eyes widened even further in disbelief. "Congrats on taking your first steps into
what I'm sure will be a wonderful career for you." Director Bae patted MinHo on his back. "Thank you very much." MinHo
choked out while gratefully bowing. "You're a good kid." These words stuck with MinHo as he made his way off set. MinHo
looked at his watch and saw how late it was and thought about Suzy sitting outside alone. He stopped near the house and
picked up something for them to eat. When MinHo reached his street. His phone began going off it was his dad. "Yeh
abeonim." He answered as he walked he noticed Suzy wasn't outside. Which distracted him from noticing the bans parked
outside. MinHo finished telling his dad how well things when and opened the door two the apartment. "Goodbye Abeonim."
MinHo said as he hung up the phone. "Abeonim?" Suzy questioned out loud, which startled MinHo. "Yah, how did you get in
here?" MinHo questioned regaining his Voice when he saw the man Suzy ran into earlier. "He had on a business suite and
had the presence of a Chaebol. "ABEOJI" MinHo called out as he recognized his father.
