Red string of fate....

One year when I was around 10 years old my family and I visited our grandma in the country for the summer, and on one hot summer night my grandmother told me a story about the red string of fate. She told me that on my pinky finger there's a tiny little string attached to it and the other end is attached to the person that I'm destine to be with and that one day our path would cross.

"But grandma what happen if by that time I'm already with someone else?" I asked while looking up at my grandma. She just looked down at me and smile before speaking again. "Well little one it's okay, because you guys are destine to be together no matter what. You see nothing and I mean nothing can break that red string. You may not be able to be together at that moment but I'm sure you will be together soon after." said grandma still looking at me. "But how am I suppose to know that, that person and I are meant to be?" I asked while pouting. "Well dear that you have to wait and see. But I'm sure you'll know." said grandma.
