"mom i know you will be ok the doctors even said so" i held my moms hand tightly, sitting next to her in the hospital chairs..then my mom reply back"Kyrstal don't be scared mom is still strong enough to stay with you..its just some minor coughs ok""but mom..ok"hugging her then the doctor call my mom into his office

Krystals Mom Pov

i went into the doctors office wanting to know what was wrong with me then the doctor finally speak

"Mrs. Kawn what we have found in your body is that you have lung cancer by any have you ever smoke before or have any hisrtoy of lung cancer"

"L..LLung cancer i studderly say"this can't be theres must be some mistake i..i..cant have cancer i never smoke before what will happen to me what about my daughter..this isn't true is it.."i look at the doctor wishing this was a dream then he reply

"Sorry but we can't really do anything now it already had spread to your lungs..there might be 50/50 of your life"

"uh..uh.. thank you doctor.."i stand up form my  chair and walk out to Krystal..she came and hug me asking

"mom is everything ok what did the doctor say you'll be alright right mom"i didn't answer her as i was about to take another step my head became light then i...(feel on the ground)

Krystal POV

my mom is on the ground what do i do.."mom..mom wake up nurse help me my mom has fianted..doctor nurse help me.."all the nurses and doctor came to help my mom up..i hope she is ok..following the doctor to a room they didnt let me in..why...i did not know why...tears came down my cheek hoping she is ok...nurses came to comfort me ..i didnt want them to comfort me i wanted my mom but like my dad say be strong and everything will be ok...later that night the doctor came out i asked if my mom was ok but the only thing the doctor said wasget some rest...he didnt answer my question..

(the next day)

i went into the room and saw my mom lieing on the bed i ran to her and hug her..hoping she is ok..then i heard a the door open..i turned to look and saw a lady with a girl my age..my mom stood up form her bed and said

"Min Su..is that really you..."

"yes its me Sun  Mi...are you ok..i missed you so much i cant belief you are still living here.."

the woman came and hug my mom i didn't know that my mom had a friend at all....and maybe that little girl is her daughter..just then the little girl walked toward me..

"annyeonghaseyo ..my name is Kim So Eun whats yours"holding out her hand

"umm..annyeonghaseyo my name is Krystal "i shaked her hands..

"oh..hmm is your umma ok.."

looking at my mom"i know she'll get better..no matter what "

"(nodding her head)of course your mom will be ok.."just then Kim So Eun mom came towards me

"(smiling)huh.. you must be Krystal right..your very beautiful just like your mother."

"uhh..thank you .."

"will i believe you and So Eun met already..will..i Know that one day you and her will be best of friend just like me and your mom"

me and So Eun look at each other and smile...i guess we could she look like a nice person to be with(:

its been weeks since my moms been in the hospital and by the look of it shes just getting weaker but with Jenne and her mom coming to visit everytime make me happy too because there the only person that only comes to visit...

I picked up the hospital phone and dial to call Sun mi shes the only person who i can trust right now ..just then she picked up

"hello whos there"Sunmi answer

"its me Min Su i want you to come to the hospital right now because i have to talk with you"

"umm..of course"then  we hanged up..30 minutes later i heard the bedroom door open it was MIn Su

"MIn su i would like to ask you a favorite"

"what is it.."

"i want you to take care of Krystal after my death,  i  know that day by day my cancer wont' let me go will you do this for me as my favorite to ask"

Min Su POV

i couldn't believe i heard the words i just heard now theres no way my best friend could let me go at all i answer back

"Sun Mi i promise you but first you shouldn't give up yet i know you will get better"

"(sobing)thak you Min su..sorry this is all of a sudden..my husband been gone to the war since and i've been living with my dad..i never heard back form Jung  hoo..now my dad is gone i only have you as my choice to ask"

"its ok Sun Mi friends are forever and sister in our soul..is the promise we made"
