Jaejoong's POV

I sat at my office wondering how Seunghyun's and Dara's talk is going. I stood up,pace for a couple of minutes then sat back down again. I strongly hope he could help me and Dara.

Seunghyun and I are bestfriends; I see him as a brother. His heart condition in the past was so unexpected and everyone thought he was heathy. I was there when it happened- he colapsed and I thought he died. Those 7 long years where he became depress,sad and then become inspired and full of hope; and up to the time he finally got a donor and started living like a new man.

He's the reason I decided to be a doctor and the reason I choose Cardiology as a specialty.

That's why I can't let Dara give up.

A donor will come, she will be fine ; she will be perfect.

I already talked to Gyuri...

Although there was disappointment and confussion, she told me she'll give me a few more days or weeks to think about what I just said. Even though I told her I'm serious and that my mind is made up, she just stood up, shook her head and said we'll talk about it after a couple of weeks and then she walked out.

I talked to my  parents and just like Gyuri, they were confused as well. They weren't that happy knowing I'm in love with my patient but they respected my decision saying that I know what's best for me and if I'm already decided, there's nothing they could do.

I even met up wuth Gyuri's parents, giving my deepest apology- and just like my parents, even though they're disappointed, they knew me well enough that I didn't intentionally did this to hurt them or Gyuri. So they just wished me luck.

I walked out of my office. I couldn't stand waiting there any longer so I decided to go to her room instead. I was about to go in after knocking when I heard someone approaching in the corner.

It was them - Seunghyun and Dara.

I smiled seeing my bestfriend smiling - but my joy turned to distress when I noticed Dara's face. Did she just cry?

"What happened?" I said as I quickly walked towards them.
