"Hebe, I...I have to tell you something." Alan said hesitating to say it or not.

He don't want to hurt Gui. But every time he wants to say it...It won't come out. "Sure. What is it?"

"I...I'm engaged to someone." Alan said.

"Yeah. I know. You're engaged to Gui." Hebe said.

"No...That's not what I mean. I'm engaged to someone else than Gui."

Hebe looked at Alan with a shocked look.

"What do you mean?"

Hebe and Alan turned around to see Gui and Aaron standing at the last step of the stairs. "What do you mean by you're engaged to someone else except for me?"

"Gui, I can explain."

"NO! I loved you. Why do you have to do this to me?" Gui said.

Aaron felt uncomfortable when her heard her say that. Maybe it was like the first fight Hebe and he ever had.

"Gui, I... I was with my friend and we went for some shots. And after that we kind of...went to a motel. I didn't know what I was doing. She was upset and she called me. After that I didn't see her for a while. When I saw her, she told me she was pregnant. I didn't want it to be mine so we went to see if it was mine or not. We got the results and it was mine. I took care of her for a while and I started to have feelings for her. Out of nowhere I proposed to her." Alan explained.

Gui couldn't take this. It was too much for her so she fainted. "GUI!" Alan, Aaron, and Aaron shouted.

Aaron caught Gui before she fell on the floor. Alan stopped in his place. He saw Aaron carrying her and was surprised. Hebe never knew Aaron was this caring. He never does that to her when they were together or not. Aaron carried Gui to her room and gently put her on her bed. "Hebe, can you get a towel and warm water. Alan...just leave. I don't think she'll be happy seeing you here." Aaron said coldly.

Aaron wanted to protect her. Ever since last night he felt closer to her. "Here is the water... Aaron, do you...like..."

Hebe was cut off by her phone. "Hello? OK...Bye," Hebe turns to Aaron, "I've got to go. I'll be in the States."

Hebe noticed Aaron ignored her. He was engrossed in Gui Gui that this was the first time he ignored her.

"Bye..." Hebe whispered to herself and left.

Hebe ran to her room and packed up. She slowly walked past his room to see Aaron so worried.

"I guess you're better off without me." she continued walking.

Hebe walked by the Christmas tree. She left her luggage and ran out the house. It started raining. She ran to the park where everything was quiet. Hebe knew this day would come. As in where they would grow further apart. "GOD! WHY DO YOU HAVE TO DO THIS?! WHY?! Why...why..." she fell sitting on the ground.

Hebe cried and cried. She didn't know the rain stopped. She still cried. Hebe wanted Aaron to love her. He grew further and further. Gui Gui was growing closer than anyone would with two strangers who just met. It was like they were destined to be together from the beginning. It was planned all along. "Aaron...Do you still...love me? If you do then when I count to three you'll be looking for me. You'll find me sitting here. 1...2...3." Hebe looked around to see no one.

"I guess there will be no one here for me. I'm so stupid asking you to live in my home. I should have known you guys would be this close. I"M SO STUPID!!!!" she shouted.

Hebe starts to cry again. She never been hurt this badly. Even when her parents left her. She stood there crying. But until a boy came. That boy was her first love. This time she will work harder. Hebe remembered what that little boy said. 'Work harder in your life and you'll succeed in having what you want.' "For me, even if it's hurting my friendship. I can't let my love life fail. I can't be alone. I hate you, Gui Gui. For having such a good life. I will let you taste what you haven't tasted in a long time."

*STOP MUSIC*

Hebe got up and wiped her tears. She walked back home drenched. When she opened the door she saw Aaron and Gui Gui sitting there. Aaron looked up with a worried face. "Where were you? I was worried sick. I saw your luggage but didn't see you." Aaron said in a loud voice.

Aaron realized he was using his loud voice. "I'm sorry. Don't ever do that. I was worried. Gui Gui told me she heard what you said after the phone call. I'm sorry. It's just that Gui is like my sister now and I need to take care of her as a teacher, brother, and resident." Aaron said.

~RING RING~

"Sorry." Gui Gui said as she excused herself to answer the phone call.

"Hello? WHAT?! I'll be right there." Gui Gui said excitedly as she runs to the door.

Gui Gui was about to turn the knob when Aaron held her arm. "Where are you going missy? You just fainted and it just rained. Do you want to faint out on the street, a drunkard finds you, bring you to a motel, and starts you?"

"Oh well. Then Sunshine-boy can come to the rescue like he always does. Right, Hebe?" Gui Gui said as Hebe gives a smile.

"Who is sunshine-boy? What's all this rescuing talk about?" Aaron asked with a confused face.

"You'll see, Pinky. BYE!" Gui Gui ran as fast as she could to the airport.

"Where are you? Come on..." Gui Gui arrived at the airport in less than ten seconds.

Gui started walking around and looking at her watch. "He should be here by now...Where could he be."

All of a sudden a pair of hands covered Gui Gui's eyes. She knew who was so she used the old trick. "AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! ERT!!"

He covered . "SSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! Don't use that trick again please. You can do it but not here."

"CALVIN!!!" Gui Gui turned around a gave him a hug.

"You knew what I would do so why did you still do it?" Gui asked.

"I wanted to see if you grew up but see you didn't" Calvin said while poking her head.

"EH! Not my fault. I can't grow up because you and Hebe were never there." Gui mumbled while pouting in another direction.

"Alright. Alright. I'm sorry for not being there for 6 years when you need me. How's Hebe doing? Is she still going out with that Aaron guy?"

"For your information, that so-called 'Aaron guy' is my teacher and he lives with us now."

"I want to see how he's been. Let's go." Calvin said turning his back facing her, "Get on. I was guessing you ran to get here."

Gui Gui got on Calvin's back and he started walking. "Eh, Calvin. Thanks."

"Thanks for what?"

"Everything. But...I might take that thanks back if you don't run." Gui Gui hit his and he ran as fast as he could with Gui Gui on his back and holding his bags.

Calvin ran to Gui Gui's home and opened the door to reveal Aaron and Hebe sitting there waiting. Aaron looked up to see Gui Gui on Calvin's back and was jealous out of the blue. "Hebe...Can you ask...your friend...Who is on my back...to get off?" Calvin said panting.

Gui Gui got off and gave Calvin a kiss on his cheeks. The sight made Aaron angry and more envious. Gui Gui helped Calvin unpack his luggage when she saw the shirt that she got for him 6 years ago.

"Calvin!"

"Gui Gui, what are you doing here?" Calvin asked turning around with flour on his face smiling.

Gui Gui walked up to him and wiped off some of the flour. Calvin wanted to play with Gui Gui so he wiped some flour on her face. Gui Gui pouted and they started to throw flour all over the kitchen. When his mom came home, she was mad and made them clean the kitchen clean. They started cleaning and finished just before his dad came home. Calvin saw that she didn't have any clothes to change into so he let her borrow his clothes. Gui Gui went and change in the bathroom while Calvin changed in his room. When they were done it was dinner. Gui Gui stayed over and Calvin thought that dinner was more lively when Gui was there. "Gui, why don't you live with us? You living by yourself is very dangerous and you always come over here for lunch and dinner." Calvin's mom said.

"I guess. But I don't want to be a bother."

"You're not. Calvin seems to talk a lot than before." Calvin's dad teased.

"Dad...When did you started to tease? Gui, you had a big impact on us. Dad starts to tease more. Mom cares for you more than she does for me." Calvin said.

"What about you? Your dad said you talk more but I think you get mad easily whenever a boy teases me or gets close to me." Gui said.

"Uh...Eat more." Calvin gave his vegetables to Gui.

"Wait...I got something for you." Gui Gui got up and went to get a bag from her book bag, "Here."

She gave the bag to Calvin and he made a face. "What's this for?"

"Just open it."

Calvin opened the bag and saw a shirt with Gui Gui's name and his name in a heart. "Don't tell me you like me." Calvin said.

"I don't...It's just that I think your like a brother and... Well can't a sister love her brother? Gosh..."

"Thanks." Calvin gave Gui a kiss on the cheeks.

"Ahem...Can you guys stop the lovey dovey thing? I'm starting to get goosebumps." Calvin's dad teased again.

Calvin's mom and dad, Gui Gui, and Calvin laughed at his comment.

"I wanted to. Remember that shirt? That was the first present from you and I think the last."

"Yes it is the last from me...Why don't I have one from you?"

"You already got it." Calvin said walking to her.

"When?"

"That kiss I gave you. That was my present to you." Calvin said looking in another direction.

Gui Gui was in shock. Did he like her then? Does he still like her? Aaron walked past the guest room and heard their conversation. He was furious and wanted to kill Calvin. He thought this was normal when Gui is like a sister.

"Aaron? Aaron!?"

"What?" Aaron said coldly.

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing. I'll be in my room if you need me... Oh yeah. Hebe, didn't you have work?"

"Whoops! BYE!" Hebe ran downstairs and left Aaron, Calvin, and Gui Gui alone.
