Jiyeon's POV 

" I remember what Gary and Jihyo told us in class. " I said 

" and? " he gave a look saying that he doesn't give a  

" pay attention! It's important! " I snarled at him and he pouted 

" legend has it that a couple were never fated to be together. She didn't know why fate hates her. Why it wouldn't let her be happy. But she went against fate. So god punished her by drowning her lover out to sea to never return. From there, She stood on the peek of the mountain and cried, waiting for him to return. The tears that she cried soon turned into an enchanted waterfall that flowed backwards. Flowing back to all the memories they had. Turning back everything. " I turned around to only see him laughing retardedly  

" yah!" I smacked him on the back 

" what?! " he looked at me 

" why are you laughing?! " I glared 

" that's got to be one of the most stupidest story ever. " he chuckled and I just sent death glares at him 

" Aish. Deh. Deh. Deh. Continue... " he sighed 

" the strange thing is that no one has ever seen this cave before... Some people believed in the story, some only thought it was a way to touch the hearts of people. " 

" it sure didn't touch my heart. " he giggled and I smacked him on the shoulder

" if I'm not mistaken, this is the cave mysterious cave. '' I told him and he looked at me even more dumbfounded and I just shook my head 

'' It means this cave only appears ever 10,000 years. And then it then disappears for another 10,00 years. '' I spoke very slowly this time so he would understand. I could just tell by the look on his face that he wanted to punch me in the face for mocking him 

'' So when will it vanish. '' He asked 

'' Telling by the massive amount of water, I say around 48 hours. '' I smiled at him 

'' BOWH!?...... THE ? LETS HURRY UP AND GET OUT OF HERE THEN! '' He grabbed onto my arm and was about to pull me away when I stopped him. 

'' Yeeh.... Now you want to get out of here huh? What about... Oh.... I want to die in this magical fooorest like a little hobby lady. '' I mocked him by using the most irritated squeaky 6 year old girl voice. 

'' Yah! I don't sound like that! '' He glared and me and I just giggled 

'' It also says that if an immortal were to drink that water........... '' I paused without saying anything else after that 

'' Then what? '' He seemed to be interested about this 

'' I don't know. No one knows. It's just a legend. But assuming that the cave is real, then there must be something magical about this waterfall. '' I told him

'' Let's drink it. '' I suggested with a smiled 

'' That? '' He pointed at the waterfall showing a diSgusted face 

'' Why not? What's the worst that could happen? '' I said and then took a sip. My expression changed completely and then I started coughing like crazy and breathing heavily 

'' YAH! YA-YAH! JIYEONIE! WHAT'S WRONG!? '' L started panicking and held onto me tightly until I couldn't stand it anymore and started laughing like crazy. '' So Stupid. '' I mocked him while still continuing to laugh 

'' YAH! '' he pushed me to the side lightly and I started laughing some more 

'' Anni.... The water is really something. I mean, it gives this warm feeling. '' I said and offered him some by scooping it up with my hands 

He squinted his eyes and me and finally took a ship.. 

His expression didn't change at all. '' I like it. '' He whispered 

'' What'd you say? '' I asked 

'' I said I like it! '' He shouted into my ears and then I giggled at how adorable this kid is 

After about 5 mins of walking I felt dizzy and my head started going crazy on me. My steps started becoming slower and slower 

'' Yah! Hurry up! '' L shouted 

'' Hold up! '' I shouted back and then fell to the floor and started panting heavily once again. This time is was no joke 

'' Yah! Stop faking it! '' L said and then turned around walking again. After his 15th step, he didn't hear my reply so he turned back to see me on the ground. He sprinted towards me and touched me. 

'' Yah. You're burning up! '' He said and he carried me over to the rock that we were at 

'' I-I-I It's hot.... '' I felt like it was 120 degrees inside me. I felt the sudden urge to take off all my clothes 

'' Yah! Yah! What are you doing?! '' L ran over and stopped me from taking my clothes off 

'' I can't take it! It's too hot! '' I started panting heavily 

'' WHAT'S HAPPENING?! '' hE SHOUTED 

'' I-I --- think its due to the effect off the water...... '' Soon, sweat started dripping down my body 

'' Why's nothing happening to me? '' He asked me 

'' I think it's because you're much stronger than I am. It would take a while for it to take effect. '' I started breathing heavily even more. Now I had the sudden urge to stare at L. 

L's POV 

Seeing Jiyeon like this is too painful. It's like she changed into a different person. I sat next to her for a while until she jumped onto me and started crawling upwards and then stopped when her hands reached my chest and stared deep into my eyes. 

'' Ji-Jiyeon? '' I stuttered as I observed her wild like eyes 

She was like a Hyuna but worst. The look in her eyes told me exactly what she wanted. '' Me '' I whispered 

'' L..... it's hot in here. '' She slowly took off her jacket and threw it over to the other side. Only wearing a white see through tank top that was soaking wet from her sweat. Revealing her toned abs and S-line body figure. This was the main reason why I wanted her in the first place back then. Seeing the temptation in her eyes, got me . But I couldn't 

'' Anni. '' I quickly pushed her off of me and crawled over to the other side 

'' Park Jiyeon! Stay right there! And put back on your jacket! '' I shouted but she seemed to not listen. I didn't want to take advantage of her. Even though I wanted to, I couldn't. Not to her. I don't want to hurt her. I tried as hard as I can to stay away from her. Dogding all of her sudden movements as she tried to get closer to me. 

All of a sudden, she slowly took off her tank top revealing only a lacie teal bra. From that, I quickly ran over to her and covered her up with my jacket 

'' Put it on! '' I shouted at her. Buying as much time as I can to wait until she returns to her normal self 

'' Anni! '' She shouted and yanked the jacket away and crawled on top of me once again... and slowly sliding  her hands under my t-shirt. I noticed that the more body heat that she releases, the more body heat she needs to calm herself down....... and the best way to get body heat.....was from me. The more she touches my skin, the more she starts to cool down.... 

'' Jiyeonah! '' I shouted at her once again and yanked her hands out of my shirt and gripped it tightly. After doing so, I could tell that she was suffering. Not from pain, but from the temptation of wanting warmth. The more she acted like this, the more I wanted her. But I kept telling myself * You can't Kim Myungsoo. Not to Jiyeonie! * 

As I kept fighting off with her longer, the more she wanted me... '' Myungsoo..... What's happening? '' She started tearing up. That was when I knew she's slowly started regaining herself again 

'' Just a little more Jiyeonie. Just a little more. '' I continued to hold onto her arm and then released it when she stopped fighting to yank it away.... From there, I thought she had recover, but I was wrong............

The second I let go, was when she went beast mode on me pushed me onto the grass and slowly took off my shirt. I was shocked from her sudden actions that I laid there without doing anything. '' l..... Mianhe.... '' I saw tears crept onto her face and I knew that Jiyeon was in there somewhere, but I just didn't know how to bring her back .As I was thinking, I got cut off guard by her and that's when she used it as an advantage and rammed her lips onto mine and kissed me. My eyes widened in shock. The biggest mistake I did was kiss her back. 

Once I did so, It was like a triger that set the bomb. She then started kissing me passionately and I followed along with her. She slowly opened and I rammed my tongue into . Our tongues were playing tug a war together, of course, I won. She then slowly ping my pants and I let her do so without any thought of removing her hands away. That was when I soon realized that I'd become the next victim. It wasn't until I pulled away when she screamed out my name in pleasure. That was when I knew I did made the biggest mistake in my life. I quickly zipped back my pants and forcefully pushed her away from me.

'' YAH! PARK JIYEONIE! STOP!'' I shouted with ragging eyes because I knew that it was just minutes now until I would turn into a beast and could not control myself anymore.

With my ragging eyes, it finally woke her up and she slowly started regaining herself while I was changing instantly by the second. I tried to hold it off as long as I can. I slowly felt my body starting to tense up and sweat started dripping down 

End of L's POV 

Jiyeon's POV 

I then felt a very painful head ache and then looked at myself with only a bra and my jeans on. My eyes widened from shock and rag. I quickly put on my tank top

'' YAH! KIM MYUNGSOO! WHAT THE DID YOU D---------- '' I turned around and yelled at L when I realized his eyes turned dark red, like he was about to murder someone that was standing in his way

'' Myun....myungsoo? '' I walked closer to him when he yelled at me to stay away from him 

'' DON'T COME CLOSER! '' He was panting hard and went crazy... * This must be the side effect* Wait, does this mean I was like this too? * I didn't care about what he said and rushed towards him when he yelled at me once again with blazing eyes 

'' I said stay away from me! '' he shouted and sprinted away with lightning speed. Speed that I had never seen before. 3 times the power of mine and twice the speed of L's. 

'' Myungsoo! '' I shouted as I ran around the whole entire place looking for him. The more I ran, the more the cave started to darken. It was turning pitch black by the time I lost breath.

'' Myungsoo... '' I whined. The reason why I wanted to find him so bad was so that I can save him. From the whole time that I've been effected, what I wanted the most was blood, not him, but his blood. The temptation of a Vampire has its limits. Once he breaks his barrier, that's when he'll turn into a beast and do anything he can for blood. The first round was the temptation for body heat, the 2nd was for blood, and who knows what the final round would be. If I'm not mistaken, he could be wanting human life soon. I know best about what happened earlier to me. During the time I was effected, I suddenly discovered that my instincts improve massively, not only can I sense something, but I can detect what's going to happen next. The reason why I didn't break loose on the 2nd stage was that I was much more controlled of what I wanted. And because I wasn't a full Vampire, my urge for blood was only half of what L would be wanting later.  

'' No wonder why this place was meant to be lost in the first place. '' I said and then continued looking for L. I didn't call his name out this  time. Instead, I used my mind to detect where he was and to contact him. I think that by this way, I would break into the barrier of his mind and contact his real self

[ So basically L and Jiyeon are contacting each other by talking in there minds ] 

'' L, where are you? '' I tried to contact him used my thoughts

'' Ji-jiyeon? '' * You can hear me * He thought to himself 

'' Yes I can hear you. '' I giggled in my mind 

'' Holy ! I can hear to laughing. '' He said 

'' Not ! Where are you? '' I asked 

'' I don't know. But I know it's dark in here. '' He said 

'' L, you might not realize it yet, but I think you've been trapped in your mind and your other self has taken over. '' I said to him 

'' What do you mean? '' he asked. He still hasn't realize that he's been trapped in his own mind

'' Aigoo... You are seriously too slow. '' I sighed 

'' Hey! I heard that! '' He shouted 

'' No ! '' I sighed once again 

'' L, follow my voice... Find me. '' I told him 

'' How can I find you if I don't even know where you are? '' He asked 

'' OH MY GOD. '' i SIGHED 

'' Use your brain, find me......... Focus and try to take over your other self. Don't let him take control of you. '' I said. I slowly heard footsteps coming closer to me 

'' Jiyeon. I think I'm getting closer to you. '' He said 

'' I know. Just a bit more. Now tell me what do you see? '' I asked him 

'' I don't see a----- '' He paused and I couldn't hear his thoughts anymore. All but silence. Not even footsteps. 

'' L! Are you there? '' I said using my thoughts to contact him 

'' Jiyeon........ '' He whispered 

'' What is it? '' I asked 

'' I see..... I see my .... sister. '' He said 

'' DON'T! '' i SHOUTED IN MY MIND 

'' She's calling for me. '' He said 

'' It's a trap..... Don't let yourself trick you..... Don't be so stupid.What ever you do, don't touch her!  '' I shouted 

'' She's there Jiyeon, she wants me to save her....... She wants me to------- '' His voice sounded like he was possesed. All of a sudden silence broke loose once again and I could hear nothing anymore. My heart started pounding. That's when I knew that L has been trapped in another barrier that's even harder to detect. 

'' I'm going to find you. '' I heard a whisper and my heart started to drop. Sounds of foot steps got closer and I started sprinting for my life, I noticed that the foot steps were moving faster as well, faster than mine even. I finally ran to the spot with the light and continued running when it was too late. I wasn't fast enough. L had already kicked me in the stomach and made me fly to the wall. My back smacked the wall and I fell down and spit out blood. Then He grabbed me by the wrist and I looked up to see an Image of L that I didn't want to see.... His eyes were now pitch black and soulless. He was pale and his fangs were released with the urge to bite something. 

I tried as hard not to let L bit me. Because he could only bit me when I can find the barrier in his mind where he was trapped in. If I were to let him drink my blood now, It would just only make the BEAST stronger and closer to his final stage.

Boram's POV 

All of a sudden we finally detected Jiyeon and clicked onto her signal when we saw something 

'' Guys.........Take a look at this. '' I called everyone over and all of our eyes widened at once when we saw  Jiyeon... For safety reasons, I held off the Game until tomorrow because it's already been over 24 hours since L and Jiyeon went missing. 

We zoomed in carefully to noticed that she was in a dark place that was never seen before

'' G-guys.... '' Luhan said with fright in his eyes

'' Is...... is that........L? '' Luhan pointed out and we zoomed in closer to a dark shadow and noticed it was L 

'' His eyes..... and his fangs....... '' Wooyoung pointed out with fear in his eyes

'' Don't tell me he wants....... '' Before Zelo could ask, I answered him

'' He wants blood... '' I said 

'' Those eyes............ there eyes to a sync.'' Minho said

'' A sync? '' We asked

'' Yes...... We learned this over a Kirin. A Sync is a girl. It's like a virus that absorbs our fear and turns it against us by taking our body and making us desire for what we want most. For vampire it's blood, and for werewolf it's meat. But the thing is that Sync can never be summoned unless you have a thing that can put it to effect.

''  You mean....... '' Zelo asked. It seemed like he also knows 

'' Yes..... Somehow he drank the Tears of a Sync. '' Minho said 

'' Wait..... Wasn't that girl named Sync in that one legend? '' Luna asked 

'' Yes... That's her.... The reason why God wanted to destroy her was because she was a harm to mankind. But she didn't know it. When she died... her sprit was locked away into her tears and it soon formed into a reverse waterfall that lies in the depth of the Cave. A cave that locks away her forever. God made that cave to trap her in. But what he didn't know was that the cave also made her stronger.... The urge for revenge. '' Minho got us all hooked on to the story that we thought was just a made up story all the time 

'' The cave only appears for every 10,000 years. and it so happens that it appeared this week, and it will disappear this week as well. '' Minho said 

'' How do you know? '' Amber asked with bitting on her nails because she was so worried

'' It's because my great grandfather studied about Sync for hundreds of years. '' He told us 

'' What your saying is that they'll be trapped down there? '' Sooyeon eyes widen

'' Not yet. They have another 24 hours to escape... But I don't think it's best to find them now. '' Minho said 

'' WHY NOT!? '' Nichkhun and Eunjung shouted 

'' Because if we go down there, we will be putting our life in danger. Sync will do anything to become stronger. Which means all our blood. Once she has enough, that's when she can recover to her human like form. She's just using L's other self to do the deeds. '' Minho said and we all had fear in our eyes 

'' What about Jiyeon? WE GOT TO SAVE HER! '' IU shouted 

'' No.... If you look, the sync is afraid of her.... The reason why the sync isn't inside of Jiyeon is that she was inside of Jiyeon already. Because Jiyeon is much weaker than L, which means she's able to control Jiyeon much easier. But somehow Jiyeon was able to push Sync out of her. And because L also drank Sync's tear, it was just to her advantage to use L next. '' ,Minho explained 

'' How can she do that?! '' We all asked 

'' She somehow was able to overcome the fear inside her . '' I said 

'' The only way to recover L is if he drinks blood. '' Minho told us

'' But in that case, L would go for blood, and it would be jiyeon's. Why isn't she letting him? '' Jokwon said 

'' Yes..... But Jiyeon knows better than all of us. In order to save L, L has to drink her blood, not the sync. L is trapped inside his mind right now, and the sync has taken over. I have a feeling that Jiyeon is bringing L back using her mind. '' Minho explained

'' SHE CAN DO THAT?!'' WE ALL SHOUTED 

'' Yes, and she has exceeded to a level that no other Vampire has ever gone. '' Minho told us 

'' That's true. Not even any teachers at our school can do that yet.'' I told them. This girl is really something. I take back what I said about her  

'' That's why she's fighting off L as much as she can. She can't let the Sync become stronger.She's protecting us and L '' Minho said 

'' BUT WE GOT TO SAVE JIYEON! OR SHE'LL DIE! '' Hyomin shouted 

'' We will save her.... but I believe that she can hold him off... for now, we must come up with a plan and to find the cave before it disappears for another 10,000 years.  '' Minho said and we all got right to making a plan.

Jiyeon's POV 

L gripped my wrist once more and got closer to my neck when I kicked him away and ran towards him and grabbed his legs. This way, he wouldn't be able to move. 

I was wrong, he broke loose easily and started to kick me in the rib... His kicks became harder everytime he kicked me. So hard that I was coughing out blood

'' GUYS! LOOK! '' Suzy started tearing up at the actions that l is doing to her 

'' How can she stand this?! '' We all started tearing up. We are all witnessing something that terrifying and can't do anything about it.

One again, I tried to contact L using my mind 

'' L.... Can you hear me.... Please.....  '' I started tearing up 

'' Are you crying? '' He asked 

'' Anni. '' i said

'' Jiyeon where are you? '' He asked 

'' I'm right here..... just a little bit more.. I can almost see you. '' I lied.....

'' I can't Jiyeon... '' He said 

'' Yes you can.. Follow m----- '' I didn't get to finish what I was about to say when He kicked me another time with full power that knocked me out
