Chapter 1: Ohhh this is so good!! It's beautifully written and I love the flow very much! The twist is very subtle and fits with the MV very nicely too! One question though, I'm kinda confused about the end? Is there any significance about "All that’s left over the bathroom sink are two bent nails, and glass litters the floor." Like I feel there might be but I just can't see it.
Chapter 1: I have to read this 3 times and still doesn't understand it fully... Am I the only one who didn't get this or.....? Is there any 'third' person or...... Why does tabi get abused? ._. Care to explain? I'm sorry I'm so slow at catching things... T^T
Just so you know, I got the same thing from the story as Waterloosunset did. Letting you know so that this comment makes sense xD
This story was beautifully symbolic and vague in the best kind of way. It leaves everything up for interpretation, without losing the interest of the reader. I know how hard that can be, because the reader isn't always on the same page as you, so keeping it mysterious without confusing the crap out of the reader is really impressive.
I love the use of alcohol as a way to create an alternate personality. I see so many stories that attempt to do this, and in all honestly fail pretty miserably. So it is amazing that not only did you not fail, but you seriously perfected it.
The fact that there isn't any dialogue makes everything flow better. I feel as though had you added it, it would have taken away from the other plot devices. I like how you communicated what was going on with Jiyong and Seunghyun without using dialogue. And you also helped us understand how Jiyong felt about everything, and he didn't even say anything. The way you had him "speak" throughout the story... it was brilliant.
I seriously loved everything about this. The writing, the scene changes that weren't really scene changes, the cryptic descriptions... it was all just a big literary masterpiece. And it was just amazing for people like me, who LOVE trying to decipher things they read :D
