What the hell just happened?

After all, whenever L did a flying hug, even though the choding laughed and smiled, eyes glittering to the world, he tensed. Whenever he gave him a back hug, anywhere, even off camera, Sungyeol never reacted, walking around, unaffected, even as he clung on, a bit stubbornly, and walked along. 

And Myungsoo only ever really gave Sungyeol back hugs. But Sungyeol? The ever choding, he wouldn't think twice about throwing an arm around Sungjong or Woohyun or any of the other members or hugging them, giving them that same carefree grin.

So, so what if Sungyeol inspired a warm buzzing in L. So what if he made him want to smile stupidly.

Even if L liked Sungyeol, it was clear that Sungyeol didn't like him. Either of them.

And Myungsoo was perfectly okay with that.

Any pangs in his chest or constrictions in his throat were because of L.

A/N: Hello! This is my first myungyeol fanfic ever! I've been shipping them and reading fanfics for a while now. I came upon this idea when I read an interview of Infinite where I learned there's this common phrase that refers to "when the L mask is taken off" and Myungsoo's himself, who according to Sunggyu, is rather mischievous. Add that personality split to the fact that L does a LOT of fanservice with Sungyeol and we get a confused Myungsoo. Hope you enjoy!
