Kiseop and Tiffany are together since they were teenager until now that they are in their 20s. 

Through the ups and downs of their relationship, theyir love for each other becomes stronger and more passionate. But although they are very loyal and strong; their biggest enemy, that they can't fight with; it's their death; the time of their death. 

One day, when Tiffany goes to her doctor for a check-up because her head really hurts badly; the doctor said that she has a leukemia. Well, she had an acute leukemia even before she was young but it became worse because she didn't take medicines to prevent her disease because she has no idea that she have that some kind of disease. And because of that, the leukemia cells keeps on travellig around her body that makes her disease grow in her body to the point that she can't no longer be healed.

Tiffany's eyes widened and her whole body trembled all of a sudden at the news of the doctor. She doesn't know what to say and the only thing in her mind was Kiseop. 

When she arrived at their house, she saw Kiseop, watching television in the living room. She smiled at him faintly and immediately waks to her room. She cries very hard but she managed to cry without creating a soung. She hides the envelop of the result of her examination under her bed sheets. 

She didn't tell Kiseop about her situation and just hides it from him. 

Every week Tiffany didn't miss to meet her doctor. And at this certain week, the doctor already told her that in the end of the month of November, she will no longer can live. 

The news breaks Tiffany's heart and she can't help but to burst in tears. She don't want to leave Kiseop but she has no choice. She will die although she still don't want to. 

As the time goes by, Tiffany becomes paler and paler and of course Kiseop noticed it. Kiseop didn't miss to ask her about her becoming paler every single day but Tiffany always makes an excuse because she don't want her husband to worry about her.

One day, Kiseop is cleaning in their house while Tiffany is out, meeting her doctor. 

While changing the bed sheets, he notice a brown envelope under. In his curiousity, he opens the envelope and as he reads, tear drops start to land on the paper he's holding. 

His eyes are widely opened and his tears continue to escape from his eyes. He keeps on reading until he heard the door flops open. 

"Kiseop?"
