I was sitting across from Jonghyun in the field next to a bridge and the hospital. My father said that Jonghyun was going to die at the age of 20 because of his heart condition. I was devastated. I didn’t want to believe what I just heard so I ran out of the hall and into Jonghyun’s room, grabbed him then lead him outside to the field full of clovers.

            “What are we doing Key?” he said as I dragged him.

            “We’re going to look for a four leafed clover.”

            “Why are you doing this again?”

            I turned my face so he wouldn’t see the tears coming down. “Because I heard if you find one, you could wish for one thing and it’d come true.”

            “So what are you going to wish for?”

            I looked back at him and faked a smile, “T-That you will become a singer.” I tried to lie, that was his goal, and mine, in life. But my real wish is that he doesn’t have to die so young.

            I didn’t notice that I was crying again until he whipped my tears away. “Don’t cry, you look ugly when you cry. Anyways it’s impossible to find a four leafed clover.”

            I sat down and started my search, eventually he helped too. Before we knew it, a few hours had passed.

            “Key we don’t have to do this, I can become a singer on my own by working hard... but in exchange,” he moved closer to me until he was a few inches away, “you have to marry me when we’re older.”

            I froze and looked at him. “Of course but before we’re 20.” Then he lend in and kissed me to seal the deal.

            Of course that was about 9 years ago.
