Voice Message

"Hey! This is youngjae! I'm sorry I can't take your call now but just leave me a message and I'll get back to you real soon! Uhm, well... Bye!"

Daehyun paused momentarily. He could almost imagine youngjae's eyes curving into a smile at the end of the sentence. That smile, still imprinted at the back of daehyun's mind. Vividly, like it was yesterday. He took a deep breath, anticipating the familiarity of this situation.

Foreword

The walls closed in around him as he formulated those words in his minds. Words that he had repeated a countless amount of times. He bit his lips and prepared himself for that familiar click. A switch that would send a wave of images through his mind again. That familiar clench in his chest, that pounding in his head, that same recording of that voice. That one voice that played incessantly in his ears.
